Villa del Pezzino (private beach)

The Villa is located in Portovenere County, on the border of 5 Terre National Park, and features an amazing 5000 m2 garden (1.3 acres) + 100 meters of private coastline line (more than 300 feet), with smooth access to the water. The villa is nestled on a cliff, overlooking from a privileged spot the Gulf of La Spezia . During 2024 and 2025 the interior of the villa was completely renovated, with top of the line materials and appliances, turning every stay into an extremely enjoyable experience.

Landward, the Apuane and Apennine mountains form a stunning backdrop to the Magra valley & river. Olive trees, vines & random art pieces are scattered about. Casa Shani gorgeous view historic center location

Dimora di fascino nel centro storico affacciata sul mare. A pochi minuti a piedi dai servizi e dalla spiaggia,la casa é immersa nel verde e gode di silenzio e privacy. Due camere da letto matrimoniali ,una cucina attrezzata,zona soggiorno un bagno e mezzo ,uno splendido patio con vista mare e il giardino renderanno il vostro soggiorno comodo e rilassante. Il battello che porta alle 5 terre parte appena scesi da una scala adiacente la casa,la stazione ferroviaria invece dista 20 Min a piedi.

Circondata da cancelli privati, Villa Maralunga offre completa privacy e una vista favolosa per godere di totale relax, magari durante un aperitivo sulla terrazza o a bordo della piccola piscina. Gli ospiti avranno accesso alla piscina non riscaldata dal 1 giugno al 30 settembre ( date indicative perché condizionate dalla situazione meteo della stagione in corso)
