We go to great length to make your stay easy, so that you can focus on your event. We provide made beds, linens. For the beach: badges, towels, chairs and umbrellas. Off street parking. This house is a classic raised ranch on pilings. It has modern conveniences and beach-y decor. The location is great (2.5 blocks or 1/4 mile to beach)

It also welcomes a brand new outdoor shower w/ changing room. A great deck w/ both a sitting & dining area. Beds have nice foam mattresses. Pull out couch bed is also high-quality foam bed. Relax by the fire pit or take out the pedal boat—both included. 2 beach cruiser bikes are also avail for guest use (at your own risk). Event friendly-ask!

Bayside bottom unit duplex in Brant Beach area of LBI with everything you need for a great family vacation! 1 block from the ocean and a short walk to many restaurants and shops. Located on a quiet street our home sleeps 5 and features 2 bedrooms , 2 full baths, air conditioning, open floor plan, kitchen with stainless steel and granite, livingroom, and front porch. NO PETS/NO SMOKING. Check in 2 PM & check out 10 AM. 2 Beach badges are included with chairs & games.
