This was my second stay at this house. My family and I enjoyed our stay the first time we just knew that we would come back and stay again when we came back to Nicaragua. Toto was a great host always súper responsive. This place i would always recomend to people when visiting Nicaragua

Es un lugar muy tranquilo, la casa siempre está limpia y ordenada. queda a 30 minutos de Managua y dentro de la colonia hay varios lugares para comer.

Honestamente esta casa superó nuestras expectativas. Es privado, el lugar es precioso y además todo estaba impecable! Las instrucciones fueron claras para llegar, y la privacidad del lugar hace que te sientas cómodo y seguro de estar ahí sin preocupaciones! El primer día que llegamos tuvimos un problema eléctrico, a penas contacte al propietario, tuve una respuesta de inmediato! Llegaron a solucionar el problema rápidamente y estoy segura de que si hubiera necesitado algo nuevamente, ellos estarían dispuestos a solucionarlo en el momento. Mi familia y yo nos llevamos una excelente experiencia de este lugar y si volvemos a visitar la ciudad, es por seguro que volveremos a aquí! Gracias nuevamente a Milagros por la excelente atención!

I spent 8 days at Casa Lila, I loved the place, No noise, Private, very safe and with space for family reunion, more than it looks in pictures, with all necessary described in the amenities. From the moment I checked in Anjelica, the house keeper made me feel right at home. Waking up to quiet mornings in the capital is truly special before the hustle and bustle of the day begins. The mature garden that surrounds the pool provide a sanctuary for many birds including the National bird. It also provides a lot of shade for the afternoon when it’s the hottest. It was so convenient to be able to walk over to a wonderful coffee shop that also has a great cafe with nice food options. There is a very nice upscale Italian restaurant right beside the house. They also will deliver. Great service! There is also a farmers market across the street. The location could not be better! The kitchen is well equipped if you decide not to eat out. The house itself is constructed very well and stays cool and comfortable without using AC. Fans are handy for those not wanting to use AC. The home has a lot of natural light! Much better than any hotel stay I’ve had in Managua. Highly recommend.

Salvador was responsive, friendly and very helpful. His place was cozy, clean and convenient for my family. I will definitely recommend to anyone who's looking for a nice spot to rent right outside of Managua.

La cabaña es realmente hermosa, rodeada de naturaleza y diseño muy acogedor. Tenía grandes ventanas que dejaban entrar la luz y vistas muy lindas de los árboles. El espacio exterior era perfecto para disfrutar de la fogata por la noche, creando un ambiente muy bonito. Sin duda, un lugar encantador para desconectarse y realizar nuestra celebración.

Es un lugar muy amplio, iluminado, limpio y organizado. El sector es muy tranquilo, con restaurant, tiendas, farmacias y supermercados cerca. Me sentí muy cómodo en todo momento, estuvieron pendientes de mí, me dieron recomendaciones y ayuda, muy útiles. Mi experiencia fue excelente, extremadamente recomendable que hospeden acá.

La ubicación es perfecta, estas cerca de supermercados, centros comerciales y es fácil acceder al transporte público. Victor me facilitó un parqueo privado cerca del apartamento, lo cual fue magnífico. El apartamento tiene un jardín donde podes y fue perfecto para disfrutar el atardecer y trabajar un poco ahí. Víctor contestó siempre rápido a mis mensajes. Me encantó todo.

Maria was the kindest host. The place was serene and gorgeous- we felt right at home. She recommended the best restaurants in Managua and even Granada. The place was just as listed. Quiet at night, easy to locate, decorated with impeccable taste. We will definitely be back. Many thanks!
