Our apartment is located in a private gated urbanization that currently hosts a few homes. It is on the second level, where fresh air from the ocean welcomes you. Both main bedrooms hosts your private balcony and the third loft opens to another balcony for sunset views at your comfort. You are 200 meters away from beach access that leads you to the main town strip.

Este loft departamento con capacidad de 2 camas dobles, cocina equipada y su baño privado, amplio, luminoso, al pie del mar, ubicado en una zona casi privada y familiar, con mucha naturaleza y una vista general a toda la playa de Santa Marianita, ideal para familias con niños...y para ellos ( hasta los 12 años)..la piscina y juegos exteriores.. Acepto mascotas según tamaño raza y comportamiento y costo extra. No admito fiestas. Especialmente para dormir frente al mar y escuchar su sonido.

The house is located on top of a hill in Comuna Cadeate, 5 km away from Montanita (Surf Paradise). Overlooking the ocean, you will witness amazing sunsets and enjoy the sound of birds, waves & quietness of nature. The beach is at walking distance and the mountain allows you to do biking, hikes or walks. Nightlife is only a few minutes away. You can find affordable restaurants, bars and clubs. Also can take paragliding and surf lessons, or go out to enjoy artisan pizza, tacos and churros
