Our home is located out in country just off of I65 outside the historical little town of Franklin, KY. We are located between Nashville (45min), Bowling Green (35min) & Mammoth Cave (55 min). We are surrounded by rolling hills of farmland and horse ranches. It is a log cabin style home on 30 acres. Sit out on the front porch and watch the deer. Play games, read a book. Lay out by the pool (summer). Take a hike or go fishing down at the pond. Get out and explore! Or, you can just rest and relax.

The corvette museum, beech bend park, WKU, shopping, restaurants, mammoth cave national Park, Nolan lake, cave city, and Kentucky down under are only a short drive away from the farm! Unique features include: a fire-pit, a barn that can house horses, and a front porch that provides a perfect view of the sunset daily!

There is plenty of outdoor space, as well, with a wraparound porch and deck, gas grill, and a fire pit. This is a 5 acre wooded area at the end of the road, behind a private iron security-coded gate. It's within 10 min to Nolin State Park, 20 minutes to Mammoth Cave National Park (check Ferry), and 15min to Moutardier Marina. Please note, 2nd bedroom is in bunkhouse, not main cabin.

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located 2 bedroom, 1 bath second floor apartment. Fully furnished, cozy, and located right in the center of Leitchfield. Also centrally located between Rough River (10 minutes) and Nolin lake (22 minutes) with room for boat trailer parking. With restaurants and grocery stores less than 5 minutes away, this apartment is also perfect for extended stays. Both bedrooms are furnished with queen beds.
