Simply Sailing-A Cottage In The Trees

Simply Sailing is a quaint one bedroom, one bath cottage that sleeps four, located at Barren River Lake. The home has everything you need for your stay. Basic cooking utensils, a charcoal grill, TV with DVD player with movies and board games are there for the perfect family vacation. We have recently added a smart TV to the bedroom. We do welcome "small" family pets ($75 non-refundable fee) "Free Wi-Fi" We also have a cabin next door that sleeps 4 for larger groups called, Fishy Business.

For tourism, located 30 minutes from Mammoth Cave National Park; 20 minutes from Barren River State Park; 40 minutes from National Corvette Museum; and 45 minutes from the Abraham Lincoln Birthplace

Please note we are on a bluff and do not have direct lake access from the property. Master suite with queen bed on main level. Lower level has twin over twin bunk with a trundle plus a sleeper sofa. Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. If you would like to read the reviews from our first Airbnb, look at Bungalow on Brockley. This house has a fenced in back yard (that is not pretty due to a storm, but it works!) Our 2 AirBnB houses are directly across the street from each other! Check out our guide book! My husband and I live two miles down the street and are always readily available for questions, suggestions or if you need anything.
