We had a wonderful stay at Pat and Colin's cottage. The views are out of this world and the accommodation has everything you could need. Pat and Colin are super hosts who were very responsive, accomodating, kind and just all round lovely people. Pat offered lots of local recommendations.

We had a wonderful stay in Clarens! The house is absolutely beautiful — stylish, cozy, and very homey. We loved relaxing by the fires in the evenings, and the views were just stunning. Loved the stay at the Willows. It looked exactly like the pictures. Close enough to Clarens yet far enough if you are looking for a relaxing getaway.

This was our fourth trip to the Drakensberg, having previously stayed at another Airbnb and a well-known lodge near Helen's place. Without a doubt, this was our best experience yet. The location strikes a perfect balance. It's conveniently close to the attractions of Champagne Valley – think chocolate and great hikes – while still offering wonderful peace and quiet. And those mountain views are truly something special. The accommodation itself is excellent. The two bedrooms are very spacious, each with its own bathroom and wonderfully large beds. We appreciated the blankets, heater, and the well-equipped kitchen with its large fridge. Having full DSTV and reliable Wi-Fi was a bonus for downtime, and the Weber was perfect for braais. The place is nicely furnished and genuinely feels like a comfortable home. Dealing with Helen was effortless. Extending our stay by an extra night was handled with no trouble at all. A definite 10/10, and we'll certainly be returning!

Elsa's place was the perfect getaway for a long weekend. The views from the cabin and on our walks were spectacular and the location just idyllic. The cabin was equipped with everything you need, a wonderfully large fireplace and a cozy interior space. Elsa was a warm, accommodating host and I'm already planning my next stay.
