The house is located in the picturesque village of Vidovici located 2 km above the village Martinšćica with indescribably beautiful panoramic views over the bay and the neighboring islands. The unit is fully air-conditioned and has free WIFI. The kitchen is fully equipped. Free public parking is provided. The place is close by to the beach (5 min drive). The village has an old authentic Mediterranean spirit and is ideal to enjoy untouched nature that it is surrounded with.

While staying at this brand-new loft apartment you will have views of both the sea and the lush green gardens surrounding the property. The town of Mali Losinj is a 25 min walking distance away with a beautiful pedestrian and cycle path leading almost all the way up to the town, though you may also decide to take some breaks and sit on one of the many benches on the promenade leading into town, making it into a longer stroll, while enjoying the spectacular sunsets.
