Time to dream above the sea. An apartment on the top floor of a family house, with spectacular view, and I do mean spectacular views of the sea, the bay and also of the Old City Labin. It is located in an area close to the sea. Walking distance to the nearest and biggest beach in Rabac is 250 meters. The décor of the apartment is clean and fresh and modern (check out the photos). Best for 2 people - couples, best friends, solo adventurers, business travelers.

Located in the village of Karnevali, the house is less than 10 minutes by car from closest town Žminj, and 30 minutes from the nearest beach. The " Lazzarini- Battiala" palace is a part of the baroque country-side castle built in 1797. in a peaceful place Martinski, only 10 min away from Labin and 15 min away from beautiful beaches. The palace is protected by the Republic of Croatia-Ministry of culture, so this was respected during the restoration - all the rooms and interior were left as they were.
