Welcome to our Hunchy Cottage located on two acres in the foothills of the scenic Blackall Range. Just 1 hour from Brisbane the cottage offers privacy, gorgeous views and a peaceful country feel. Only minutes from the charming villages of Montville and Palmwoods, a great range of eating options and just 20 minutes to beautiful Sunshine Coast beaches. The cottage is separate from our home and is your own while you stay. You will enjoy great access to all that the Sunshine Coast has to offer.

Set in almost a rain forest among beautiful gardens with an abundance of wildlife. You are a 5 minute walk to McCarthys Lookout and a 5 minute drive from Mary Cairncross Reserve. 5 minutes in the other direction to Maleny Village with the wonderful shops and cafes. Parking is under cover and next to the cabin through automatic gates. The only sounds you will hear are the birds. Minimum stay is 2 nights, but if you are looking for one night please get in touch. Wake to the sound of birds in the surrounding trees and the serenity of the area. The cottage is close to the airport, beaches, beautiful hinterland and scenic attractions. Several Golf courses are nearby. The landscaped pool is available to guests and there are areas of garden to explore.
