The house lies in a quiet neighborhood ten min away from the Old Town and only fifteen minutes from the golden sandy beach. The apartment is on the second floor of a family building and has been recently renovated with high standards of aesthetics. A fully equipped kitchen, a sunny and cool living room, a cozy bedroom with a queen size double comfy bed and a lovely small balcony are all yours. Fresh bath towels and bed linen, tips about Crete, and a free city guide with the hip spots of the town are provided so that you feel like a local. My house lies in the heart of Chania in a beautiful and quiet neighborhood just 800 m. away from the Old Town and only 15 min walk from the nearest sandy beach. An ideal spot for friends or couples to discover real Crete. The apartment is on the second floor of a family building and has been recently fully renovated in creative and effortless way. A small balcony with mountain view, a fully equipped kitchen,a sunny and cool living room and a cozy bedroom with a double comfy bed are all yours ! You will also be pleased to find lots of English books, a high-speed internet connection, a coffee machine, air conditioning and fresh cretan products that will be waiting for you in the house to make your stay relaxing and memorable. Fresh bath towels and bed linens, tips about Crete, and a free city guide with the hip spots of the town are provided so that you feel like a local. During your stay we will assist you any time needed. Within walking distance you will find the Central Bus Station (400 m.), grocery stores, supermarkets (300 m) and a pharmacy (100 m.) In case you want to take a trip , the exotic beach of Falassarna, the astonishing lagoon of Balos and the breathtaking Samaria gorge are highly reccomended! My apt is next door so if I am not traveling, we will be neighbors and will try to offer a high quality hospitality by letting you know about local festivals, hidden gems and favorite spots :-) The apartment is in the center of the city – only a short walk from the Old Town – but away from the crowded tourist area. The closest beach is 800 m.away. Bakery, super market and pharmacy are all within walking distance. Every Wednesday there is an open-air farmers' market in the neighborhood. We recently installed an optical fiber based network, so that you can work remotely reliably with stability and internet speed of 100 Mbps. The central bus station is only 5 mins walk, so the access to the airport, as well as all beaches and villages is very very easy. The Old Port is just a 15 min walk. If you still decide to rent a car, parking will not be a problem around the area! This is a smoking free apt. Please enjoy your cigarette on the balcony !

Villa Marella 2, Apartment w/swimmingpool and AC !

There are 3 small Apartments with one double bed i each. In addition a sleeping Coach downstairs. From the Apartments and the pool-area there is a wonderful view over the village of Tavronitis, the Ocean and the Mountains of Crete. There are shops and restaurants at a distance of 500 meters from the Apartments. Here you will also find the bus to Kolymbari, Chania, Maleme and Platanias. One kilometer further down you will find Our local Beach, Tavronitis Beach. Here are sunbeds and two tavernas.

Το κτήριο βρίσκεται στο πιο κεντρικό σημείο της πόλης με πολλές επιλογές για φαγητό και ποτό ,ανεμπόδιστη θέα στην θάλασσα την οποία μπορείτε να απολαύσετε είτε από το άνετο μπαλκόνι μας είτε χαλαρώνοντας μέσα στο άνετο τζακούζι . Η σουίτα διαθέτει κρεβάτι διάστασης 160x200 με στρώμα και μαξιλάρια αφρού μνήμης istikbal.

CASA 28 III is a freshly renovated apartment in one of the nicest neighborhoods in Chania, a breath away from the Venetian old harbour and the center and close to the beach also..! So close to the center but so quiet neighborhood with plenty free parkings around , equipment with anything you need, brand new household appliances and furniture.
