Be immersed in the peace and quiet of a Tuscan olive orchard by staying in this stone farmhouse which features traditional architectural elements such as terra cotta floors, vaulted ceilings, and original wood fixtures. Dive into the plunge pool with sweeping views of the Mediterranean Sea. For adventurous travelers who will appreciate the 10-minute panoramic walk to the house (we will transport your luggage and groceries by tractor). The magical view of the world below with the coast on the horizon which can be enjoyed from every room of the house and from the entire olive orchard with its walking paths and plunge pool with waterfall. Being a pedestrian village, Metato is quiet and peaceful. Yet, the beach and many great places to visit are a short drive away- Pisa, Florence, Lucca, the marble quarries of Cararra, Pietrasanta, Viareggio.... Guests have exclusive access to the pool and property. Metato is a friendly litttle village in the hills overlooking the Mediterranean Sea. There is a quaint family-run restaurant in the village that serves local homemade dishes at a very reasonable price. Our pedestrian village tends to attract kind people in search of peace and quiet and a proximity with nature. Time seems to go by more slowly here. It is a perfect base for families who want to explore Tuscany and the beaches of the Versilia coast. The home is in a beautiful, quiet location on a hill surrounded by olive orchards and vineyards just a 10-minute walk from the parking lot. Explore the medieval village of Metato where fireflies and breathtaking views await. Take an invigorating hike or head to the beaches a short drive away. There is a parking lot at the base of the village where you can park the car. The village itself is pedestrian but I am happy to greet guests at the parking lot on their arrival to transport their luggage, groceries and whoever wants to ride to the house with my little Italian tractor! The nearest airport is Pisa (45-minutes by car). All the major car rental places can be found there. The nearest train station is Viareggio.

La mia casa si trova a Livorno, nel caratteristico quartiere di Antignano, vicino al centro e a due passi dalle splendide calette del Lungomare, perfette per un tuffo ed un bagno di sole. Base strategica per scoprire i tesori della nostra citta' e delle famose città d'arte toscane. Potrai godere del nostro mare e della cucina a base di pesce fresco . Caffè, tè, tisane, latte e biscotti sono offerti. Il quartiere, tranquillo e pittoresco è a 10 min di macchina o 20 min in bicicletta dal Centro.

L’ambiente e’ dotato di aria condizionata e termoarredo in bagno.La casa al piano terra con entrata indipendente con spazio esterno attrezzato.Ai nostri ospiti verrà fornita la biancheria con cambio settimanale,ferro e asse da stiro, aspirapolvere e stendino lettino per bambini su richiesta.

Lussuoso appartamento ricavato da una porzione della villa medicea risalente agli inizi del xv secolo, situato nel centro storico del piccolo paese di Collesalvetti, immerso nelle colline livornesi a pochi chilometri dal mare e dalle città d'arte più importanti della Toscana. Pisa dista 19 Km, Livorno 20 km , Firenze 77 Km, mare 19 Km L' appartamento è situato nella colorita piazza del paese dove si può trovare ristorante, bar, gelateria e alimentari, Lidl e Conad a 1 km.

Chiesino Dei Vaioni

Antica chiesa sconsacrata risalente ai primi del 900, originariamente costruita come cappella privata di Villa Philipson. Chiesino Dei Vaioni ha una struttura a loft con due camere matrimoniali su due soppalchi distinti. All’esterno cucina con forno a legna, giardini privato con viale alberato ed oliveto. I cancelli e le scale interne furono costruiti dalla Antica Fonderia Michelucci. Chiesino Dei Vaioni è immerso nella campagna toscana a pochi minuti dalla città.

Appartamento situato a piano terra posizione meravigliosa in collina con vista mare.. L'alloggio, ampio e luminoso, si adatta bene sia ad un viaggio in coppia che in famiglia. Si compone di cucina abitabile, camera con 2 letti singoli e camera con letto matrimoniale. Lo spazio risulta impreziosito da un grande patio esterno ed ampio giardino con prato, attrezzato con lettini e poltrone per rilassarsi durante il soggiorno. Gazebo panoramico, oltre zona barbecue.
