Minimalist Sanctuary with Valley and Sea View

Exactly like Le Corbusier's vision, this cabin is adapted in a scale of "Mediterranean balance", designed on the basis of the minimum possible dimensions and the maximum physical and spiritual comfort it could offer. The philosophy behind this project is to find yourself in a contemporary sanctuary, hidden from the world but close enough to all the beaches in the area, sit in the hot midday sun on the terrace in its quietness or maybe during the sunset, enjoying a glass of wine and a nice book.

"Two olive trees, boutique house 2" attic bedroom

19th century ottoman (40 square meter) house, fully restored in 2021, placed in a peaceful little village near Kissamos (Kasteli), 55 minutes from Chania airport. Relaxing and minimal with boho vibes, ready to host stylish couples, friends, lonely travelers, or even small and flexible families (sofas can be used as small beds for children). Open mountain view from the rummy terrace. A private front yard with shadow ready to host your breakfast or a dinner under a starry sky in full privacy.

Villa Karma, 2 BD, 2 BA, private pool, peaceful

Villa Karma is a traditional 2-bedroom villa with a private pool of about 15 sqm, located in the peaceful village of Kakopetros, 11 km from the small town of Voukolies. It is an ideal place for nature lovers. A traditional cafe is within walking distance, while a tavern and a mini-market are about 6 km away. A few tavernas and a supermarket are available in Voukolies, about 11 km away, while the nearest shingle beach is in Tavronitis, around 19 km away. A car is needed for your holidays.

Peace and seclusion!

Ten minutes drive from Kissamos this is a single self contained apartment with double bedroom, shower room and kitchen/living area. If you are looking for somewhere totally away from the turmoil of every day life, this is the place for you. The only other people here are Sue and I (and our Labrador, Darcy) However, Kissamos is close by and has everything you will need for shopping or eating out and also we are close to the popular beaches of Falasarna and Balos.

Enjoy your stay in a stylish and comfortable, fully equipped space, surrounded by olive trees. The settlement of Aligoi is a starting point for the famous beaches of Paleochora and Elafonisi in 20-40 minutes of driving, but also for excellent routes in the streams with chestnut trees and in the forests with strawberry trees.

Seli Anaxagoras - Apartment near the sea

The apartment Anaxagoras consists of an open-plan residential complex and is characterized by an imposing original Venetian arch, which separates the kitchen and living area from sleeping. It has direct access to your (private) garden with barbecue and large dining table with sea view. Everything has been renovated with lots of love for the traditional details in 2017. Here you can inhale a touch of Cretan history in a unique and comfortable atmosphere.

Mekia house is located in a peaceful environment with wonderful panoramic view to the western sea and the sunset from all places of the house. Our guests can enjoy the starry sky in the private outdoor jacuzzi. Mekia house is made with passion for those who love hearing the sound of the sea and watching the colors of the sunset. Located just 300 meters from the sea, very close to the famous Elafonisi (13km), Falassarna (30km) and Mpalos(40km) beaches.

Spitaki in the village, Kissamos

Our cozy stone built home in the village "Kaloudiana Kissamos" is a perfect place for relaxing. We have renovated our grandparents home that was built in 1800 by our ancestors. It is in a perfect location close to the market of the village, at a distance of 200 meters. Away from the main road for quiet and relaxation! The narrow streets to get to the house impose a small car.
