Extension récente (2022) donnant sur la cour fleurie d'une maison du 18ème s., ce duplex de 36m2 allie calme et élégance à 6 mins du métro. Le logement est complètement indépendant et jouxte un atelier d'artiste. Il comprend une grande pièce à l’étage (26m2) et en bas un bureau de 8m2. Tout le confort moderne (wifi avec fibre UHD, télévision…), salle de bains avec douche basse au rdc, lit queen size (1,60m), grande TV (Netflix), vélux automatiques, plaques, micro-onde, réfrigérateur, cafetière.

L'appartement est au rdc d'une maison de ville. Proche du RER C - Ivry sur Seine (8 mn à pied), 20 mn de Saint Michel, 30 mn Châtelet. L'appartement est composé de deux chambres. Chaque chambre a sa propre salle de bain et son réfrigérateur, seule la cuisine est à partager. Le café et le thé sont offerts. Accès gratuit au wifi. Pour information, la douche a été réparée et fonctionne très bien depuis un an (message à destination des visiteurs qui lisent les commentaires :-)
