Enjoy the view from this wonderful 1940's waterfront cottage on the Sasanoa River in Woolwich. From here access Reid or Popham Beach State Parks with ease. Visit Maine Maritime museum in Bath, the "City of Ships." Head to Portland for a night out. Just relax and watch the seals, osprey and eagles. Rent a boat to enjoy all this extremely special waterway has to offer. Around the corner is the Kennebec River and Merrymeeting Bay, to the south you'll discover Phippsburg and historical Fort Popham.

Serene, Spacious & Private Apt. near downtown Bath

"A bright star among Airbnbs" & "one of our favorite Airbnbs of all time" is how guests have described this spacious apartment with private entrance. Our space is a good match for quiet guests, as I (Erika) work from home (upstairs). We honor guests' privacy while creating a special stay for you—with NO cleaning fee. LGBTQI+friendly. Max. 2 adults. No pets. Infants welcome but the apartment is not babyproofed. No cigarettes on the property, but smoking (legal) weed on the porch is fine.

Waterfront Sunrise Cove Cottage

Unwind with spectacular sunrises from this sunny waterfront cottage on a tidal cove in the Kennebec River! 30 minutes to Popham Beach, this is the perfect home base for a midcoast Maine getaway. The post-and-beam cottage has cozy furnishings and expansive views across a field, pond, and cove. Bald eagles and osprey soar overhead, sturgeon leap in the river & nights are full of stars. Not recommended for those with mobility issues. Owners live on property with small dog. Best for 2 adults.

Stylish, spacious 1 bedroom apartment with separate entrance. On 2nd floor, 1 flight up. Air conditioning in the bedroom only. 1.5 blocks from the Kennebec River, a short walk to downtown Bath, Saturday farmers' market and restaurants... a 20 minute drive to some of Maine's most stunning beaches. Just 15 minutes to Brunswick, 20 minutes to Freeport and 45 minutes to downtown Portland. A perfect base for college visits (Bates and Bowdoin), overnight travel breaks, or exploring the midcoast!

Harpswell Studio on Waterview Property! Lobster!

Attached Cottage Style Studio! Clean, spacious, colorful, comfy, bright! New king bed! Easy access to Harpswell’s 216 miles of coastline via coastal trails, lovely side roads, small beaches and preserves. Too many trails to count in the surrounding area! Fresh lobster and seafood! Popham Beach and Reid State Park with expansive beaches are 35 minutes or less away. Enjoy the trails in the woods with spectacular views or walk on the beach at one of the state parks! So beautiful!

Sweet Fern Cabin on Merrymeeting Bay

Nestled in the woods on 2.5 waterfront acres where the Muddy River meets Merrymeeting Bay. The cabin is 350 square feet of simple living with a panoramic view. There is a three season hot water outdoor shower and wood burning stove with plenty of wood included. Kitchen is fully stocked with cooking supplies and has off grid cold water sink. Outbuilding with composting toilet is right out the back door. Kayaks and stand up paddle board are available to rent for an additional fee.

Gorgeous Studio on the Kennebec

Gorgeous riverside studio, the smaller of two AirBnB houses on the same property on the outskirts of beautiful and historic Bath, Maine. (The other, “Beautiful Summer River Retreat,” is a separate Airbnb rental.) Kitchenette, bathroom/shower, living room, and bedroom. Simple, modern decor. Close to great shops, restaurants, and beaches, and just a 20-minute drive from Bowdoin College. Adjacent to a boat launch, and a short walk from the Bath Marine Museum and a scenic dog park.

Suite 19 min to Popham, 10 min to Bath

Our two story in-law suite is relatively new. This one bedroom is perfect for a family or a quiet romantic retreat. Located on 8 acres of very private pristine Maine landscape. 10 minutes to Bath. 19 minutes to Popham beach. 30 minutes to Freeport. 45 minutes to Portland. 5 minutes to public boat launch. Unfortunately, as much as we love furry family members, due to health risks for our family we are not able to host animals including service dogs. ❤️ 🐶 🐈‍⬛ 💕

A lofted bed space with additional optional pull out couch fitted with ergonomic foam mattresses. This space has air conditioning as well as heat and amazing natural light. Brand new bathroom with rain shower head! A full kitchen with mini fridge, separate freezer space, oven, stove and coffee/tea supplies. Centrally located in Brunswick, and quiet! Right across from Bowdoin’s Whittier Field, and 10 minute walk to Maine Street.
