The apartment has two bedrooms with double bed and a large living-room, two complete bathrooms (one in suite). Open kitchen full equipped with everything you need: toaster, nesspreso machine, dishwasher, oven, kettle... The apartment is super quiet and perfect for having all the year a nice and chilled stay. Internet WIFI Towels and bed linen, gel and shampoo, amenities. We will be glad to help you with everything you need during your stay (restaurants, spa, beaches, water sports). This stylish property is perfectly located at Postiguet Beach, right in the heart of Alicante. It's also walking distance from the main landmarks of the city, such as the old town, Explanada Boulevard, Rambla, and Gravina fine arts museum (MUBAG).

This beautiful, spacious and luminous 110 sqm loft is located in the heart of Alicante’s historic center with views over the old town. We renovated and designed this place respecting the traditional ways to build at the time, with limestone and wooden beams, while offering all the amenities of a modern apartment and a little bit of luxury. The beach is a 5 minutes (350m) walk away and the numerous nearby bars and restaurants invite you to enjoy the typical Mediterranean vibes of the old town.
