The Slopes, Whitstable

This pet friendly accommodation is only a couple of hundred yards from Tankerton beach. The Slopes offers high end comfortable accommodation within a private self contained annexe to a pretty bungalow. You will enter via your own private entrance via key safe. The property comprises air conditioning, superking size bed, small sitting room, shower & w.c, flat screen TV, microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge, beach towels and front garden patio with seating. Please note there is no kitchen sink.

The cabin has a comfortable double bed, smart TV, Wardrobe, breakfast bar/laptop work station, several USB points, microwave, fridge, toaster, kettle, sink/drainer with hot & cold water A chemical toilet is provided in the cabin for night use. There’s a private toilet & a wonderful hot shower both outside (as per photos) for guest’s use. The front decked veranda adjoins an outdoor kitchen with 2 ring gas hob & brick built BBQ overlooking a large garden that has a lovely view of the sea/sunset.

Open plan Luxury Cottage with balcony over looking the river and nearby lock. Traditional Barges moor along this part of the river. The Market town is a 20 minute walk along a picturesque tow path or a few minutes drive. There are several Bar/Restaurants a short walk away . Ideal area for all age groups. Comfortably furnished and well equipped. Four Lovely Bedrooms, two with original stone walls. Two Shower Ensuite's and a family Bathroom. Two outside courtyards and Plenty of parking.

Coes Farm offers 50 acres of absolute tranquillity in amongst nature, with a bit of luxury thrown in too! We have formal gardens and ornamental ponds, a large lake, plenty of woodland, open fields, an indoor saltwater swimming pool with hot tub, a tennis court and a games room which is resident in our Micro-Winery! We planted our 5 acre vineyard in Spring 2021 and extended the existing Orchard with cider varieties in 2023.

The Hopper Hut; cosy and comfy, EV charging point

The Hopper Hut has been named for the history of our home which was once a hop farm. We live in the oast building on the same site. You have quiet surroundings with views of the garden and pond, and comfortable accommodation in all seasons. Your king sized bed was hand made in England using natural wool and cotton for a comfortable night's sleep. At extra cost you can also use the EV charger.
