Chilston Home Farm is a period farmhouse in the middle of Kent, the Garden of England. We have lovely walks right from the door, it's perfect for exploring historic Kent and there's easy access to trains to London & Europe. You’ll love the period ambiance: the kitchen Aga, cosy log fires. Two of the bedrooms have king-size four-posters. There's even a bijou cinema! Lots of books & games, a piano, guitar & drums for music lovers, pool table & darts. Ideal for couples or larger families.

This unique stylish property is very close to junction 5 on the M2 with easy access to London. Plan your visits to Canterbury Cathedral, Leeds Castle, Whitstable, Rochester Castle and many other tourist attractions with ease from this central location. The Property is two miles from the closest shop and the nearest train station is Sittingbourne. The property is set amongst beautiful paddocks with horses in livery in the adjacent stables. There is ample secure parking and easy access.

The Bubble, which works on a slightly over pressurised system where the air continuously refills the tent is set up on an old working farm. Its the ultimate experience of nature and total comfort. Pancake Lodge - with hot tub and four poster

Pancake Lodge is a perfect sanctuary with four poster bed and hot tub. This quirky cabin sits amongst a working apple farm with beautiful views across the glorious Greensand Ridge. Guests can relax in the fabulous surroundings and indulge in scenic walks using the many public footpaths that cross the farm. There are also many local walks too. The historic Leeds Castle is a 5 minute drive, many local pubs and restaurants and the south east coast is within easy reach.

The Oast Cottage: Private Annex with own entrance.

We are pleased to offer our refurbished annex with double bedroom, private bathroom, own front door and a private field for dogs. Oast Cottage is a converted stables attached to the main Oast House. The Oast is set in a conservation area of Boughton Monchelsea which consists of converted farm buildings, listed houses and a 16th Century pub (directly opposite). The area boasts many places to visit (including Leeds Castle), countryside walks, as well as numerous pubs.

Northdown Lodge

We are a unique rural modern lodge with every luxury, nestled in 3 acres. Beautiful views and walking on the Northdown's way. Great local pubs to enjoy. No better place to relax and unwind watching amazing sunsets, and perhaps sampling our local wine grown next door. Or put your feet up by the log burner and watch a film from our vast collection, perhaps with a homemade afternoon tea (available to book in advance). Whatever your preference, you wont be disappointed.

Enjoy your private, wood-fired hot tub and the surrounding outstanding views. Located on a working smallholding, you'll meet our resident alpacas, pigs, and sheep (like Bam!) and our goose, Meggi. Perfect for wildlife lovers and those seeking fantastic country walks. A unique, tranquil retreat awaits!

The Granary, Organic Vineyard stay with Pool.

Coes Farm offers 50 acres of absolute tranquillity in amongst nature, with a bit of luxury thrown in too! We have formal gardens and ornamental ponds, a large lake, plenty of woodland, open fields, an indoor saltwater swimming pool with hot tub, a tennis court and a games room which is resident in our Micro-Winery! We planted our 5 acre vineyard in Spring 2021 and extended the existing Orchard with cider varieties in 2023.

The Studio is in rural location in the garden of a historic Kentish Oast House with views across paddocks and woodland. It is situated above a barn style garage and is self contained with complete privacy. It has a Large bedroom, ensuite bathroom with shower, a modern fitted kitchen and has an outside wooden deck area with bistro table and chairs for your relaxation. Ideal for couples and business travellers. .

Relax in our spacious barn conversion with beautiful countryside views. The Barn is ideally located for exploring National Trust properties, historic gardens, vineyards, Tenterden, Rye and Camber Sands. Enjoy your own private patio after a day out. The Barn is one of three separate properties within the grounds, each with its own private entrance and outdoor space. The White Hart pub is just a short walk away.
