River's Edge - Private Suite

Our home is located in historic Louisa County in Central Virginia on a five-acre wooded lot facing the South Anna River. Richmond is 30 minutes away and Charlottesville is less than an hour. The entire lower level of our home is used for the Airbnb. (We live in the upper level.) The decor is "homey" with some personal items. Children, pets, and smoking are not allowed. The internet is fast and cell phones work with WiFi calling. Food deliveries are not available due to our remote location.

Located in the historic Bellevue neighborhood with restaurants and shops within walking distance, this charming Arts and Crafts bungalow has an open feel with a large family room and dining room, a kitchen with a tin-plated ceiling, a butcher block island, and breakfast nook. There are 2 Bedrooms, an office and large front and back porch perfect for morning coffee!

CUTE Rancher In Heart of Goochland - Fast WiFi

Renovated 3 bedroom rancher with all the amenities you need. Walking distance to the YMCA and a half mile from the center of Goochland with shopping, restaurants and grocery store. Come and enjoy the peaceful life that Goochland has to offer from it's trails at Hidden Rock and Leakes Mill parks or bring your canoe to the beautiful James River boat landing at Maidens. Take your own Goochland wine tour and visit Byrd Cellars, Grayhaven and Elk Island wineries, or our local Hill Top Distillery.

The Hide-A-Way

Follow a long gravel driveway before you can view this comfortable house in the country. This house is 12 easy miles from the Town of Farmville and all it has to offer. Longwood University and Hampden-Sydney College is near by. Visit High Bridge State Park for hiking and Greenfront is a shopping destination. Lots of dining options will appeal to every taste and plenty of other activities to enjoy in this area. There is no phone-internet or satellite at The Hide-A-Way, Cell phones do work.

The Home Stretch

Welcome to "The Home Stretch", a beautiful quiet place in the country just a few miles from Short Pump (which has great restaurants, Golf Courses, Drive Shack, wineries, Breweries. Our second floor apartment features a private entrance with all the things you may need while you are away from home. It has a spacious living area, eat in kitchen, queen bed and 2 trundle-like twin beds. We are on the premises but not in your space at all. Available day and night should you need anything.

The Duck Blind located near RIC airport

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Location is 8 miles to Richmond International Airport. Relax in this private and cozy 1 bed, 1 bath tiny house with a full kitchen and living space. Beautiful finishes in the newly renovated kitchen and bathroom. Spacious yard with plenty of nature to enjoy. Enjoy the fire pit under the stars. Gas/ charcoal grill available for use. High speed internet and WiFi included. Conveniently located to interstate, shops, and restaurants!

Delightful one bedroom treehouse with king bed

You'll love this unique and romantic escape. Come and disconnect from the world and reconnect with each other in the Treehouse at Backabit Farm. You can enjoy the indoor fireplace or outside propane fire pit! Private deck for gazing at the stars or watching the wildlife. Two person hammock tucked under the trees! Inside you will find king bed with a view out of the three large windows, loveseat, tv, microwave, small fridge, coffee station and quaint bathroom with tiled shower.

Chateau Midlothian Retreat Suite

The perfect guest suite waiting to great you to relax in this cozy retreat. Full renovation completed in 2023, including all new furnishings. As an Airbnb traveler, I focused on a clean, comfortable space that guests enjoy and recommend to others. The Chateau Midlothian Suite Retreat is limited to two adult guests with reservations. No other outside guests are permitted. All guests must have their identity verified through Airbnb with at least two reviews to make reservations.

"The Rosalie" at Clover Hill Farm

You will love the quiet of the farm and star filled nights The views from bed of the horses and hay fields invite you to adventure out. The lofted ceiling is open and airy while the dining/kitchen area on the lower level is cozy an intimate. The Rosalie has a private entrance, parking area and private deck. New Fast Internet makes this an all around best of both worlds connectivity and rural setting. I welcome like- minded guests to come relax and recharge.

The Packard House (2351)

Located at Mount Bernard Farm which is a 130+ acre historic river front property along scenic River Road West and the James River. Need more room? You will love staying in our nature inspired home with its resort inspired furnishings; green, leafy décor, fully equipped kitchen, large bathrooms, stocked laundry room, and large yard with gas grill, picnic table and fire pit.
