Caribbean Sea View Mountain House!

Angelique’s place was a dream! We arrived at night to the melodic sounds of the coquis. The view in the morning was indescribably breathtaking. It felt like we were on top of the world. The photos do it no justice, truly. The hike to the river was beautiful and slightly challenging. In some spots it was slippery or had loose rocks. Be sure to wear hiking shoes and that each step is firmly planted. It was easy to follow though due to how well it was marked. I fell once, but I always fall 😂😂. The bruising was completely worth it to swim in such a pristine and private river and swimming holes. The house is perfect for that authentic experience of living in the montes. Just ensure you know what you’re getting into. Take everything you need before you get there as it’s a ghost town (even up to 40 mins away) after 7 pm, and most places aren’t even open until Saturday. The privacy and seclusion that allowed us to unplug and just be present. 10/10 would recommend and come again.

The house was very spacious, clean, and was perfect for my family. There was a little blip with getting access to the house through the neighborhood gates but Lymari said that would be fixed for the next guests. I would definitely recommend this house to others. We very much enjoyed our stay!

I had lost my key from the other rental place iam staying at for a week the host said i had to wait for the next day to get in n pay for a copy of the key i asked him at 9pm for help i was willing to pay anybody to come open the door for me but that didnt happen i thank God Ray answered me fast n last minute n kind of late i was looking for the casino hotel in the area but it was full thank you Ray God Bless you and your home i know when i come back to PR this cozy modern apt is perfect for 1 or 2 max

He's not kidding when he says it's cozy... Place is very small, but it had everything we needed. No kitchen, but there was a mini fridge and microwave and a sink in the bathroom. Shower was good. Quiet spot in the back yard of the house with separate side entrance behind a locking gate. Felt safe and secluded.

I had a wonderful stay in this lovingly decorated apartment! The place is not only stylish but also incredibly cozy – you can tell that a lot of care and attention went into it. Everything was spotlessly clean and tidy when I arrived, which made me feel right at home. Everything I needed was there: from kitchen utensils to toiletries and even some thoughtful extras – the amenities left nothing to be desired. I especially want to highlight the host, who was very communicative and always responded quickly and kindly. The only minor issues were that the place was a little hard to find – though that might have been because I arrived at night – and the gate was a bit tricky to open. Overall I can recommend staying here!

Loved this stay! First time in Ponce and if I return I will always choose here. The apartment is great, everything you need is available. Great communication with the host. Cold ac and ceiling fan. Decor is beautiful just like I would use in my own home. House feels welcoming, clean bathroom and nice quiet neighborhood. Radames is a wonderful host.

I had a wonderful stay at Evelyn’s place! From the moment I arrived, everything was exactly as described—clean, stylish, and thoughtfully arranged to make guests feel right at home. Evelyn was an exceptional host: communicative, warm, and attentive without ever being intrusive. She provided clear check-in instructions, helpful local recommendations, and went out of her way to ensure everything was perfect during my stay. The space itself was peaceful and comfortable. It’s clear that Evelyn truly cares about her guests’ experiences. I wouldn’t hesitate to book again and highly recommend her place to anyone looking for a seamless and enjoyable stay.

Second time staying and I have no complaints. Love the area. Jennifer is very attentive and friendly. Place is very well kept and clean. Definitely missed having access to the backyard. Was looking forward to looking up at the sky while laying down in the trampoline. 😀 Thank you Jennifer for checking up on us during the power outage. Everything is as described. Her place is miraculously clean. Everything you need is right in the apartment. The fact that it’s three bedrooms is a huge plus there is no direct beach on this part of the island but we did drive about 40 minutes and found a really good beachthat the host suggested to us. Ponce is gorgeous and definitely worth visiting but if you just wanna stay near the water this apartment is for you.

The home we stayed in was great! The area was quiet and had a local cafe that had great coffee and breakfast sandwiches. It was very clean and the back patio area was also pleasant. This was a great place to stay for what my family and I came to do in PR. Location was perfect distance from everything, and it was such a comfortable stay. The hosts were amazingly friendly and helpful with everything we needed. Also the terrace was a great place to relax at after a long day. I highly recommend this place!

Una estadía inolvidable — ¡gracias Tata y William! Nuestra experiencia en este Airbnb fue simplemente maravillosa. Desde el primer momento, Tata nos recibió con una calidez y hospitalidad que nos hizo sentir como en casa. Cada detalle estaba cuidadosamente pensado: desde la limpieza impecable del lugar hasta los pequeños toques que demuestran el cariño con el que preparan el alojamiento para sus huéspedes. Tata fue una anfitriona fenomenal. Estuvo siempre pendiente de que no nos faltara nada, nos brindó recomendaciones útiles de la zona y se aseguró de que estuviéramos cómodos durante toda la estadía. Realmente se nota cuando alguien hace las cosas con amor y vocación de servicio — ¡y Tata es el mejor ejemplo de eso! Queremos también extender un agradecimiento muy especial a su esposo, William, quien nos atendió con muchísima amabilidad por teléfono y celular. New! Antique House at Ponce

This was the best of three Airbnbs we stayed in while traveling around Puerto Rico and our favorite by far! The house is beautifully renovated with a modern kitchen whilst keeping the charm of the original details like woodwork and tile. The furnishings are sleek and comfortable and the beds are cozy. We could walk into the heart of the historic district in minutes and loved the gated parking at the house so we could leave our car. Highly recommend!

Lovely home. Super clean. Perfect area. Host was responsive and very nice as well. Will definitely stay everytime we come to Ponce
