Hello! We are Rob and Kate and we have poured our heart and soul into our guest house. Tucked away on the outskirts of sleepy Lympsham, enjoy the countryside around you whilst resting your legs after walking the renowned mendips. Enjoy a glass of wine whilst watching the many birds in the surrounding trees or be a little more adventurous with the numerous local cycle routes. We look forward to meeting you on your stay. Shared driveway next to main house. Not suitable for children or pets.

Self-contained suite in Clevedon

Take a break in the West End of Clevedon. The accommodation is self-contained with its own stable door entrance, wood burning stove and private terrace overlooking views across the Land Yeo River and Marshalls Field. This stunning position is only a few yards from coastal walks and cycling routes. Clevedon's famous marine lake, which is open all year for wild swimming, is a short stroll away as are the local pub, post office and some lovely coffee shops a little further along the seafront.

Alpaca Luxury Lodges - Gardenfield Cabin

Luxury holiday cabin at the foot of Twmbarlwm and the famous Iron aged Hillfort, built discretely into the landscape for a private and relaxing vacation. The studio is set within walking distance of Ashton Court Estate, and a short drive from Clifton Village and Central Bristol. Additional double bed available for an extra 2 guests; £60 fee per night, charged on arrival. Please specify this to the host, at the time of booking. NOTE: this studio is a separate dwelling within the grounds of main family home.

Peaceful Stone Cottage among fabulous gardens

The Garden House is a peaceful stone cottage set in the historic gardens of High Glanau Manor, the home of H. Avray Tipping (1855-1933) the Architectural Editor of Country Life Magazine from 1907. High Glanau Manor is an important Arts & Crafts house set in 12 acres of gardens designed in 1922. The gardens retain many original features including formal terraces, octagonal pool, glasshouse, pergola and 100 ft long double herbaceous borders. There are spectacular views to the Brecon Beacons

The Vault

The Vault is a really special space, which we hope you can see from the photographs. It is a basement studio apartment with its own private entrance. It is quiet and cosy with underfloor heating and an ambient temperature all year round. This property is very central, making it easy to plan your visit. We are very close to the harbour and the property is on the famous Georgian Square, Queen Square. It feels like you have stepped into a film from Jane Austen as you come out of the building.

Yeomans Acre - Chepstow

Located within the grounds of the owners house, Yeomans Lodge is a newly renovated, quirky, self-contained, compact bungalow. It is a perfect location if you’re looking to escape to the countryside. The historic town of Chepstow and magnificent Wye Valley is a short drive away. Please note that the airbnb is in Crick, Chepstow, on some occasions the airbnb g00gle link takes you to Yeomans Acre in Gloucester which is the wrong location. Trying to sort the issue with Airbnb.

Olli's Cottage-Terrace &Jacuzzi

Olli's cottage is situated in one of Bristol picturesque suburds, newly refurbished 700sq Ft/70 Sqm with private terrace and hot tub (3 days notice required/small extra charge). In close proximity to La Villa Olli: Swimming pool with waterfall, pool table & ping pong table (Small extra charge). Located near M4/M5, making travel to/from easy. Perfect for a couple getaway or a business trip in a tranquil environment within 5 minutes access to country pubs.

Birch Cottage with woodland sauna

Birch Cottage is a charming 3-bedroom stone cottage with a secluded woodland sauna cabin and views across the Wye Valley countryside. It is located on Offas Dyke footpath on a very quiet road, so is great for anyone looking to explore the network of Wye Valley footpaths. Monmouth, Forest of Dean, Bristol, Bath and Cardiff are close enough for day visits. Whatever season you prefer, it's a wonderful place to recharge your batteries and connect with nature.

Idyllically placed Ty Bach Twt sits on the edge of Wentwood with walks direct from your door. You can instantly relax here with the sounds of the birds and nature surrounding you. A quiet, peaceful retreat to unwind or a great base for acitivites, sight-seeing and more. There is the rare advantage of being relatively close to civilisation and transport networks together with a quiet rural setting on the edge of the forest and no near neighbours!

Luxury Victorian Maisonette

Nestled in the charming town of Clevedon, this maisonette offers a prime location to explore the beautiful North Somerset coastline. The property is within easy reach of Clevedon's picturesque seafront, with its quaint cafes, stunning pier, and breathtaking views of the Bristol Channel just a short walk away. Located conviently on Hill road you will also find various local shops, restaurants, and amenities just a short stroll away.

Private Annex with gated parking close to M4.

Modern, light and homely annex on private land with gated parking situated in a lovely little village called Magor. The village shops, restaurants and pubs are a short five minute stroll away and are well worth a visit. Magor has fantastic links being 2 minutes from the M4. We are approx 30 minutes to centre of Bristol and 30 minutes to Cardiff, 20 minutes to centre of Newport and 10 minutes to the Celtic Manor Resort and ICC.
