Riverside charming house

Charming house overlooking the river Seine, comfy and fully equipped, especially the kitchen, 3 bedrooms. I have taken great care of the decoration, and I am happy to propose it to travellers:) Treat yourself to a getaway in Burgundy, you'll appreciate the many activities, tourist attractions and gourmet delights this area has to offer - I'll give you the best addresses! Excellent Wifi. The house is not suitable for children under 10 as the river runs through the garden and stairs are steep.

La Casa du Vau, un petit nid cosy qui s'ouvre sur un jardin ombragé juste en face d'un ruisseau où vous pouvez profiter d'un environnement très relaxant et apaisant. Elle dispose d'un coin cuisine équipée, d'un lit double et TV. Une salle d'eau composée d'une douche et toilette Une petite terrasse avec un salon et un espace vert aménagé qui vous permettra de jouir d'un bon moment de détente. The Orangery - Chateau de Quemigny

The gite is in the orangery at the chateau de Quemigny, a listed monument. The estate is located in a preserved countryside with lot of sites to visit in the neighbourhood and surrounded by a nice garden. The gite is located on the first and second floors of the orangery: on the first floor, a vast kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom; on the second floor, a living room, a bedroom which includes a small bathroom. Landlords live in the chateau and are always available for their guests.

Escape the crazy world and stay in this stone cottage in a calm Burgundian village in the heart of the Auxois countryside. Rolling green hills, ancient footpaths, fresh country air, birdsong and starry nights await you. You might spend most of your time in this haven of peace and tranquility and wander little further than the enclosed garden. Alternatively venture out and discover UNESCO sites, hilltop villages, medieval towns and the lakes and trails of the Morvan Park.

Situé dans le Châtillonnais, dans le nord de la Côte d’Or, ce hameau typiquement bourguignon et entouré de champs saura vous séduire par son calme. A 3 heures de Paris en voiture et seulement 1 heure en TGV, entre Montbard (Gare TGV 15 min) et Châtillon-sur-Seine, cette ancienne ferme avec un gardien sur place est équipée d'une piscine chauffée, d'un tennis, d'un billard et d'un boulodrome, et vous accueille pour le mois, la semaine ou un long week-end.

NEW in 2025 ! Renovation of the kitchen, living room and bedrooms, a car park with an electric charging station and a 12m x 4m pétanque court (the ball game). Imagine a small house with blue shutters in a quiet alley in the heart of the village. Downstairs, 2 large bright rooms and a bathroom (all new). Upstairs, 2 interconnecting rooms. This is my grandmother Germaine's house, set in a garden of lawn and flowers.

Gîte du Pissot

Appartement situé à Bussy le Grand, entièrement neuf, disposant d'une cuisine ouverte sur le salon avec télévision et canapé, d'une salle de bain avec machine à laver ainsi que deux chambres séparées à l'étage. Ce logement peut convenir à des vacanciers à la recherche de nouveaux horizons, mais il est également parfait pour les déplacements professionnels mais aussi les formations dans la région.

In the heart of Burgundy a luscious rural location offers views stretching as far as the eye can see! The perfect cottage to kick-back and relax! Exposed oak beams and enormous flagstones. Comfort and style in equal measure. Firewood provided (October- March) at €5 per day, please leave cash on day of departure. 10 minutes from supermarkets, bakeries, bistro and bars in Pouilly en Auxois.
