Quiet, Comfortable, and Clean, all of the best things in a place to stay. The stay was everything I needed, a calm, comfortable place to unwind. Will definintaly try to book again the next time I;m in Houston!

Great location. Close to everything. This is a place, property and location that I would actually choose to live. Quiet, close to so many amenities, comfy, safe and felt like home. I’d definitely recommend and would definitely stay again. I really was impressed by the occasional food trucks on property for all to enjoy when you just didn’t feel like cooking or waiting on delivery.

Basic place with all the amenities you need. Great location near to the park, shops and restaurants a 10 to 15 min walk or a short drive, and 25 min walk into downtown.

We love this place. It's in a slightly funky neighborhood but very safe and as we have stayed there several times, we are starting to get to know the neighbors who have been very helpful. It reminds me a bit of some places we've stayed in in New Orleans as it has very high ceilings and other feathures reminescent of that city. We hope to stay there whenever we go to Houston which is often.

We had an amazing stay with Jake, the property was great and everything was in order. Highly recommend for anyone looking in Houston!

Like the place the owners where very responsive with anything. Good place to stay, gated, peaceful, quiet. If im ever around the area again hopefully it’ll be available.

The place was very comfortable and in a perfect area! Very close to the events we attended and around a lot of convenient spots.

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb. The place was very clean and comfortable and was as shown in the photos. It was on a quiet street, but still conveniently located to everything in downtown Houston. We came for an event at the convention center and it was a 15-20 minute walk -- perfect for us. The host was friendly and responsive. I recommend this place and would love to stay here again next time we are in Houston.

The picture is exactly as the apartment, the instructions helped so that we don't get lost finding it.. we will definitely be staying there again

What a great place in downtown Houston! I stayed here with a colleague for a conference. It was a short, easy walk to the conference center. The layout is perfect with the bedrooms being separated by the common space. The listing was accurate, the apartment was comfortable and clean. Would absolutely stay here again!

Great place !!

I spent about 45 days at Steven’s studio. it was an unforgettable time. The place was very clean, a lot of space for family to enjoy. The only issue that I had was with the internet because the internet was very slow, which I mentioned to Steven. They will take action to solve it. Overall, I had a great experience at the hosts house and they are very nice and welcoming people as well. I will recommend the place for anyone who wants to go to Spring area in Houston.

Loved the guest suite at Jack’s. It was very easy to find and to get into/out of. We enjoyed the balcony seating at night as a relaxing way to wind down for the evening. The home is exactly as pictured and super pristine. Had the best nights sleep for the entire week as well. Thank you so much to our host for opening up their guest suite to us!

Heather's place was a wonderful stay. We are travelers and have stayed in many airbnbs and Heather's place soared to the top of our list. It was one of the most thought out and nicely decorated airbnb we have been to. She had the right things that really matter for your stay. Her cookware was top notch, the whole place had everything we needed. We will definitely be looking to stay at her place 1st, any time we are in the Houston area. The private parking with your own garage was the icing on the cake for us. Like I said, a very well thought out airbnb spot. Oh, and I must mention, even though it was a pet friendly place, we could not find any signs of an animal being in the place nor did we ever hear any signs of her having a dog. We only knew she had a dog when we saw them taking him for a walk. We were amazed how quiet the dog had been. We wish all airbnbs gave this much thought to their place with this great level of quality.

The pictures was everything the place was I loved it!!! It was close and intimate just what I wanted for my partner and I. Elie was fast and prompt with greeting us and communicating. I am definitely going to visit and book again ☺️

Diana's space was so peaceful and perfect for my mom and I on our Girl's Trip. The apartment itself is clean, spacious, and comfortable, with lots of great amenities. The apartment is surrounded by a gate that is accessed by a fob provided when you check in and it makes the area feel safe and secure. The pool was the main reason we booked this AirBnb and it did not disappoint! The pool is a community pool serving the complex, but everyone was very respectful of sharing the space on a hot afternoon. We loved the whole experience and will be rebooking next time we're in Katy!

Laura was very helpful with anything we needed, the property is so beautiful and peaceful and we loved every minute of our stay!

Love the place!! Very cute and accommodating. Coffee in the cabinet, great location, fresh sheets. Would stay here again. Hot tub is a nice addition and I think they’re building a pool..

Lovely apartment in a safe and clean location. The bed was super soft with clean bedding. Kitchen and bathroom were very clean and had plenty of amenities. Pool and gym was nice as well. I’d recommend this apartment. I had a lovely stay. Host were very responsive. I would definitely stay again!

We would definitely rent this vrbo again. Pam was very accommodating and the rental was very nice and clean. There was a nice patio with table and chairs to sit and enjoy a meal..very peaceful...thank you, Pam!
