Scandi-Style Loft Close to Cosmopolitan Norwood Parade

As the kitchenette isn’t equiped with a stove we can supply a portable hot plate for guests that are having a longer stay and may wish to cook light meals. The space has a well appointed kitchenette with bar fridge, toaster, microwave and Nespresso machine. A light continental breakfast is supplied as well as laundry facilities, undercover parking as well as plenty of street parking. Guests have access to outdoor alfresco area with BBQ as well as the swimming pool. (Please note the kitchenette doesn’t have cooking facilities apart from what’s listed above). The loft is separate to the main house but we will always be available to answer any questions you may have. Explore an abundance of cafes, wine bars, and boutiques, all close to this quiet eastern neighbourhood. Adelaide CBD, Magill Road, and Norwood Parade are also nearby, while a short drive reaches the wineries and restaurants of the Adelaide Hills. Situated only 4 kilometres to the CBD you are close to all city events such as the Adelaide Fringe, Womad and Adelaide 500. The loft is a short 5 minute walk to the bus stop which takes you directly in to the CBD. You can walk to Magill Road and Norwood Parade within 10 minutes or if you're feeling energetic the CBD east end is approximately a 40 minute walk.

Wake up to birdsong at rustic Gumtree Cottage!

Close to nature, self-contained; a haven of tranquillity. Set in the beautiful Adelaide foothills, a prime location within easy reach of walks, cafes, transport, etc PLEASE READ; this is a rustic cottage. The shower setup is unconventional, though does provide a warm - hot shower depending on the weather! - READ BELOW. The cottage cold water tap is drinkable, no hot tap. Street parking on the no-through street. Please only stay if you're wanting a place to escape the modern world! Enjoy!

My Airbnb was built in 2019. This is an architect designed eco home with lots of light and air. The bedroom and bathroom are on the ground floor. The kitchen dining lounge area is upstairs and accessed by a spiral staircase. There is a big city skyline view. There is a full set of kitchen appliances. 51SQ Eco Home (51 square metres) is close to all city attractions including the Central Market, Adelaide Oval and tram. 51SQ is also a great place for work or leisure.

Rostrevor BnB Private Suite

This modern private comfortable 1 bed studio suite is suitable for couples or two singles with reverse cycle air-conditioning (heating and cooling). Close to public transport, the suite is located 10 km from the city in a quiet location opposite Morialta Park where koalas are often seen and near Rostrevor College. There is a private entrance and undercover parking at the front as well as access to a lovely garden, barbecue and outdoor area at the back.

Self Contained Suite in Magill

We have two sets of accommodation. The suite displayed here, as well as a two bedroom house called Magill House listed on Airbnb. They are located beside each other but are on separate properties. We have run our accommodation since 2000, and enjoy meeting people, and have a good understanding of the tourist aspects in Adelaide.
