Standing 600 feet above sea level with approximately 20 Donegal mountains in view. We are set in a quiet country road with easy 10 minute access to City of Derry airport and the city centre. The main Pellipar Gatelodge and the smaller sister Gatelodge are beautifully restored 18th century Gatelodges to Pellipar House which allows private walks and cycling through the avenues of the main woodland estate. Enjoy salmon and trout fishing on the River Roe which flows through the Estate. Stunning views of the River Roe, fields and surrounding countryside are to be enjoyed from the elevated living and sun-room areas.

Rathlin View Cottage Ballycastle overlooks the sea

This charming, traditional Irish cottage has been fully restored and is uniquely situated on an outcrop of rock.It has a walled garden which is washed on two sides by the sea. It has a stunning location, with breathtaking views out over the sea to Fair Head, Rathlin Island, Kenbane and the Scottish coast. The cottage accommodates four and has an open fire and oil fired central heating.
