2 bedroom with additional sleeping in living area. Minutes from downtown. Quiet neighborhood in East Nashville. Close to stadium (3 miles). Very private with luxury bedding and blackout curtains. Grocery, Pharmacy, Liquor and Bus at the end of the block. Walking distance to coffee shop, restaurants and bars. Property has it's on drive. Pet fee is $15/pet per day with a $25 minimum. Service animals need to be disclosed [prior to booking and documentation of certification may be required.

Please note the main entrance to the house is on the back deck, up a set of stairs.
