You will have the privacy of the apartment without me being there, although it is my home and I normally live there. ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES. Spacious bedroom with great park and ocean views . Lounge/ dining room with Wifi and Smart TV, great park and ocean views. Full kitchen with everything you could possibly want. Laundry and small bathroom. Quiet apartment but on a busy road so sometimes noisy, close to beaches, parks, shopping mall, restaurants and cafes, entertainment and public transport.

This modern self contained guest suite features a private entrance, free wifi and free laundry facilities. A portable cooktop will be supplied for stays 3 nights or more. Local attractions are Port Kembla beach, Nan Tien Buddhist temple and Mount Keira. Warrawong Plaza is close by and many restaurants including Vietnamese, Thai, Chinese, Indian and Italian cuisine. Warrawong markets are on every Saturday. Drive to Steelworks - 4 mins Win Stadium - 12 mins Hospital - 14 mins Kiama - 30 mins

Come stay in our charming, homely unit in Thirroul. With plenty of free on-street parking, leave the car and stroll down the hill to the many thriving coffee shops, restaurants, wine bars and pubs. Take a short walk or drive to the beautiful nearby beaches. Centrally located, the unit is walking distance from express trains and buses. It is just 1 hour to Sydney or 15 mins to Wollongong. If you are looking for a room with a view then look no further. Kims Place is in an ideal location, with a NE aspect providing amazing beach, ocean and escarpment views. Ideally suited for couples. It is on the ground floor of our architect designed home. Guests have their own entrance. Kims Place does not provide breakfast but local cafes are within easy walking distance. There is no cooktop or oven in the kitchenette. Guests are encouraged to dine out or use the BBQ on the balcony

Relax in the privacy of the studio with full kitchen, luxurious queen bed with premium linen, stylish bathroom with quality towels and toiletries provided. The living area, opening to a courtyard, has a 50inch smart TV and comfy leather lounge. WiFi is free. A gas heater quickly heats the space and air-con provides extra comfort. It's a short 5 min walk to the Blue Mile walkway and the Novotel, cafes, beach and CBD or catch the free bus to WIN Stadium, UOW and Hospital.
