We renovated and designed this place respecting the traditional ways to build at the time, with limestone and wooden beams, while offering all the amenities of a modern apartment and a little bit of luxury. The beach is a 5 minutes (350m) walk away and the numerous nearby bars and restaurants invite you to enjoy the typical Mediterranean vibes of the old town.

Dispone de 3 habitaciones, 2 baños, amplia cocina-salón y una excelente terraza donde poder disfrutar de maravillosas puestas de sol. La vivienda dispone de aire acondicionado y conexión WIFI. En la avenida hay aparcamiento gratuito y parking privado.

Leiligheten ligger i 5. etg. Uten heis, så det er litt trapper opp til leiligheten. *Det er innlagt drikkevanns kran med fullt renseanlegg. Casa Verde is a large house with two separate floors. The guesthouse has its own entrance. The owners inhabit the top floor of the house. The owners do not use all the facilities offered at the guesthouse during your stay.
