Farmhouse Retreat

Relax and unwind in our Farmhouse Retreat situated in the foothills of the McGillycuddy Reeks. Upon arrival, you will be greeted with fresh farm eggs and baked goodies. The garden is facing the mountains with a southern aspect so is also a perfect place to simply soak up the peaceful scenic surroundings. The house is a great base to explore the wonderful Gems that Co.Kerry has to offer. The house is a 10 min drive from Killorglin, 20 mins from Killarney and 1 hour drive from Dingle & Kenmare.

With spectacular sea views and nestled under the Curra Mountain, Driftwood is a SEMI-detached, 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom house within 5 mins walk of Rossbeigh beach. Free car parking is available. Driftwood is located on the Wild Atlantic Way and on the Kerry Walkway. Killarney is 33kms and Dingle is 80 kms. We are 7 kms to the fabulous Dooks Golf Course. Policy: Only the number of persons booked as stated on the booking form are allowed to stay. There is also no smoking or pets allowed.

The Beara Bus....with Awesome Views

The Beara Bus is a unique living space situated on the coastline with stunning views across the Atlantic to the Sheeps Head and Mizen Head Peninsulas and Bere Island. The entrance to the harbour of Castletownbere ( Irelands second largest fishing port) can be seen with the daily coming and goings of the fishing fleet. In the waters below the Bus basking shark, minke whale and dolphins are frequent visitors. The sun rising up over Sheeps Head Peninsula can make for an unforgettable breakfast !

The Boathouse Dooks Glenbeigh County Kerry.

Used by a previous owner to build small boats, located in a quiet secluded rural area of Dooks. Scenic views of Sliabh Mish mountain. Close to the Ring of Kerry,Wild Atlantic Way,Dooks Golf Club and South Kerry Greenway. Nearest beach 1km is a gentle stroll to the bottom of the road. Glenbeigh (6km) Cromane (3km) villages are short drives. Killorglin (10km) 10 min drive , Killarney and Lakes can be reached in 30-40 minutes. It was fully refurbished in the last couple of years & is furnished in a very atmospheric, fresh & light manner. Wander along The Kerry Way - one of Ireland’s longest & most famous walking trail, hike Ireland's highest mountain Carrauntoohil. Its unique very remote location is a perfect spot to watch the clouds pass overhead & the sheep “baa” in the field.

Mount Kid Cottage is off the beaten path near the stunning Wild Atlantic Way route. Secluded and tranquil, we are 90 minutes minutes from Cork Airport, 2 hours west of Cork city and a 15 min DRIVE from Ballydehob. Surrounded by working farms on 4 acres; an oasis of trees and home to a variety of bird life.

Puck Fair Festival is held annually in August (Irelands oldest festival) Just a gorgeous central place to come and explore all the beauty Kerry has to offer!
