Philippina / Italian native seaside house in the Philippine Province, facing Sogod Bay, with direct private access to the seaside. Newly built two stories house for whom who wants to try the genuine Province life in touch with nature, uncontaminated reef, sea turtles, etc. The property offers also an external kitchen for BBQ, external bathroom and toilette, living room internal kitchen and internal bathroom at the ground floor, two bedrooms, living room and large balcony overlooking the seaside.
