Welcome to our charming lake cottage! Dogs welcome ($75 flat fee), baby amenities available! On Jackson Lake, 1 hr from Atlanta, our cottage with private dock (with kayaks-two adult and one child size) is the perfect spot to unwind. With photo-ready furnishings, white cotton and linen bedding, and subtle antique decor, our cottage exudes a warm vibe that will make you feel right at home. Please, no wild parties or drug use. Our neighbors don't deserve to hear or smell any nonsense. Thank you!

Whether your visit is for work or family, you're sure to have a wonderful stay at this cozy home.

Relax with the whole family at this serene getaway. Once you walk into the main door you realize "it's bigger on the inside". The home is an addition built in 2020. The warm, cozy, cottage feel invites you to stay awhile or longer if you'd like. Morning coffee on the patio while bird watching or enjoy the peaceful views of the Pecan trees. The playground is the perfect escape from a long car ride. Night brings the illuminated glow from the outdoor lights while you enjoy your company.

Historic home built in 1890 with a remodeled kitchen with new amenities. This home features 2125 sq ft of living space, a fenced in back yard, and a back deck. Decorated with an eclectic collection of antiques from the years the home has enjoyed, including new furniture from today. Walk to the hospital, restaurants, Mt. De Sales school, and Mercer University. They say beauty is on the inside, and it certainly is the case with her. We are working on returning her outside asap.

Janelle’s cottage is named after my Mom, Janelle Perkins. She was a public health nurse who had a great love for God and people. This is a handicap friendly home. We want you to enjoy the slower pace in Cochran Ga. This is a pet friendly home whether it’s the 4 legged kind or the feathered kind. They are welcome. We do not charge a pet fee or a cleaning fee. We are approximately 4 miles from Middle Georgia State University and approx. 30 minutes from Warner Robins.
