This charming historical bungalow with views of Trout River and Rolliston Park is situated in a peaceful natural setting, yet is convenient to I-95, Jacksonville International Airport, JAXPORT Cruise Terminal, EverBank Stadium (home of the Jacksonville Jaguars), VyStar Ball Park, Dailey's Place Amphitheater, and the Jacksonville Zoo. The owners live nearby and are available to welcome and assist you. A fifth guest will be comfortable on the sunroom daybed. Please note: This is NOT a party venue.

Nature at its best, peaceful atmosphere; you can sit on the front porch and hear the church bells. Bring your horses for a unique riding experience. First class accommodations for your horses. Escape to warmer weather and enjoy the beauty of Florida. This working farm has a lot to offer. There are 250 acres of wooded trails to ride your horses. We centrally located to local attractions. The world equestrian center is less than 2 hours away, Jacksonville Beach is an hour away. 2 full rv sites.

Owners home is on the property and they are always available. 45 minutes to JAX Beaches. 35 min to St. Augustine.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway with private entrance. Enjoy this peaceful rural country area on the screened porch with an evening tea. You can play some games or puzzles if you want to stay inside or Crochet on the front lawn to enjoy some fresh air & sunshine. We are 2.5 Miles from the WW Ranch Motorcross park. We don't have anything new but I can assure you it will be clean. Sorry we are not suited for children or pets, 2 guests Max. and check-in must be before 9PM.
