El Pretexto: Villa 1M

El Pretexto is our home and life’s undertaking. A space that combines wooden villas, an agroecology farming bed, an orchard, a forest, and a large wooden deck. Located in a very peaceful area in the mountains of Cayey with fantastic views all the way to the south coast and just one hour away from San Juan. El Pretexto is an adults-only (18+) venue, so if you are looking for a relaxed, countryside experience, El Pretexto is the place to stay. Farm-to-Table breakfasts are included each morning.

The Rodriguez House

The house is located in a very quiet place in a rural area which is , 15 minutes from Palmas del Mar, 10 minutes from the highway and 15 minutes from the Cocal Beach. The house has an overlooking view of the beautiful Yabucoa Valley and close to places of interest such as the nature reserve Punta Mare in Yabucoa and Humacao Nature Reserve among others. Casa Suiza es un retiro de escapadas románticas, sólo para parejas con Piscina Climatizada. Estamos ubicados en la montaña, es muy privado, alejado de la ciudad, a una hora de distancia de San Juan y el Aeropuerto Internacional de Puerto Rico. Recomendamos rentar un vehículo SUV o 4x4 para su tranquilidad, si no está acostumbrado a transitar en la Montaña. Una vez comienzas a subir a la montaña, es por calles con curvas y algunas pendientes empinadas, pero completamente transitables.

Queda cerca de la autopista pr 53 y 30, a 5 minutos de centro comercial Plaza Palmas Real, walmart, restaurantes de comida rapidas ect. Ubicado en la zona este cerca de playas como seven seas, punta santiago, palmas del mar, bañario Luquillo,el malecon Naguabo ect.
