It's a family home, fully centrally heated and comfortable. Expect mismatched crockery & imperfection! It's a steep drive up to the house & steps to the beach (although you can go around the drive way) so not suitable for all

Children friendly with access to travel cot, high chair, push chair and toys. Pets allowed with prior permission from owners. Located in a quiet village accessible to the Lincolnshire Wolds, local market towns Louth, Horncastle, Market Rasen Race course, Lincoln Cathedral/Castle. Plenty of public footpaths around the village and a local public house.

The old post office offers modern decor comfortable accommodation central heating the property is situated approx 300 metres from the blue flag Mablethorpe beach. 200 metres from local shop & cinema fish & chip shop nearby. we are approx 1 mile to town centre. there are lots of interesting walks & interesting places to visit within walking distance or short drive.the owners live on site and will be available for any help advice you may need also to help with any problems .

The cottage has recently been refurbished to a high standard with an open fire, lawned garden to the front and closed courtyard to the back. Ideal for a romantic break with your dogs.
