Phenomenal Stay In Phillip

The apartment is spacious with a unique industrial style fit out which features exposed brick, 3.4m high concrete ceilings and exposed pipework. The home includes engineered timber floorboards throughout which adds to the industrial feel. Double sliding doors opens up to a covered balcony with views that look towards the Brindabella's. Originally built in the mid 1960's and used as Government Offices, in 2020, they underwent a rebirth into these stunning warehouse style residential apartments.

My unit is located in a very quiet street, and only a 10 min walk to Woden Westfield Town Centre where you'll find retail shops, Coles, Woolworths, cafes, restaurants and a cinema. The hospital is less than a km away. In 2019, I transformed an empty space into a spacious, comfortable unit providing all you need for a seamless stay. It has a large kitchen with centre island bench, and a lounge/dining area opening onto a sunny courtyard. It’s perfect for short or long stays.

Welcome to your home away from home in superbly located Holder. With a lovely outlook to parkland across the road, the house is beautifully presented and provisioned with everything necessary for a comfortable stay. Comprising of three bedrooms – two with queen beds and the third with two single beds (one is a king single), bathroom, separate toilet, laundry, kitchen, dining, lounge room, secure back yard and ample off street parking.

The modern pod is a standalone granny flat located on the back of our house, with seperate entrance through the garage door. Only a 5-minute drive to Westfield Woden, a short 5-minute walk to local shops and bus stops, 5 mins to Embassy area, 13-minute drive to city and 10 minutes to the Parliament area. For snow season, we are just 30 mins drive to Corin Forest snow resort, 2.30hour to Snowy Mountain.
