This Ndoro Carriage is so romantic! It has that fabulous feeling of being cozy yet spacious... A true delight with a cabin bedroom, where you can watch the wildlife stroll across the field. The kitchenette has all the facilities you’re likely to need, with bistro table. Theres a snuggly sofa to enjoy the view, curl up and read a book. Outside, there's a private patio where you can sip your wine and watch the sun go down. Do come and enjoy our Natural Pool, it’s an amazing experience!

Naish House - 2 Bedroom Ground Floor Flat

Enjoy far-reaching hilltop views over stunning Wiltshire countryside. Set in a tranquil village, we often host wellbeing retreats and love welcoming new people. The historic and picturesque towns of Lacock, Bradford on Avon, Marlborough and Devizes are nearby for unique local shopping and cosy cafes. Use the garden or explore our natural wildflower meadows with ponds and even a labyrinth. There are friendly pubs in nearby villages. We live above this self-contained flat with our lab Kit.

Immaculate riverside Cotswold cottage - sleeps 4-6

The Old Groom's House is a detached, two-bedroom cottage in the grounds of our historic home, The Old Rectory. A contactless stay is available. Its charming setting is instantly relaxing, with a private terrace overlooking mature gardens, dairy pasture and the tranquil River Avon. Renovated recently, so everything is fresh, bright and immaculate, it sleeps 4 people comfortably, and there’s a double sofa bed if you have extra guests. There’s plenty of secure parking behind electric gates.

The North Transept

The North Transept is part of our converted Victorian Gothic church. We've done all the conversion ourselves - the high ceilings and beautiful Gothic windows make it a unique space. It's in a small hamlet in a beautiful hidden valley surrounded by fields; there's lovely walking from the door and lots of local wildlife including roe and muntjac deer, pheasants, red kites and owls. It's easy to get to a wide range of local attractions like Lacock and Avebury and only half an hour to Bath.

The Apartment

"The Apartment" is a self contained 1 bedroom detached apartment. It is set within 2 acres of land and is adjacent to the owners own 1830's Georgian home. "The Apartment's" French doors open up to a covered veranda which overlooks a 1/3 of an acre of Orchard, boasting fruit trees of plums, pears & apples .To the side there is also Hot Tub. During your stay you have sole use of this private area and Hot Tub .Guest may want to bring flip flops as the Hot Tub is sat on Cotswold stones.

Relax at this unique and tranquil getaway in the beautiful South Cotswolds. The Annexe is a separate dwelling next to an architecturally award winning contemporary house located in a quiet village. The larch clad property has an industrial, boho meets the Cotswold vibe with its own private wild flower garden, perfect for alfresco dining. Excellent location for walking, running and cycling. Close to the beautiful town of Cirencester, idyllic picturesque villages and gastro pubs galore!

Private, luxurious and cosy shepherd hut

"Hares Rest" shepherd hut is situated in a private location within a paddock with amazing rural views. Hares, red kites, barn swallows and deer are just some of the wild life you can see. Good pubs within various walking distance (3, 30 and 45 mins). Bowood House, adventure park, golf course and spa is 5 mins drive away. The train station is a 10 minute drive with easy access to Bath. We have horses so only very well behaved dogs are allowed by prior agreement and additional charge.

**No booking fees** History abounds in The Old Mill Cottage. Originally built in around 1700, it was part of a silk mill and oozes period features, with stone mullion windows and wooden beams. Old Mill Cottage can sleep up to four guests, this country bolthole has been finished to a high standard with a warm and inviting interior and an array of modern facilities including Superfast WiFi, TV and a well-equipped kitchen. There is designated outdoor patio and off-street parking

The Stableyard

Nestling within the beautiful golden valley in the heart of the Cotswolds is The Stableyard, a recently converted stable building positioned next to a 16th century mill owner's house, The Old Valley Inn. The Stableyard is the perfect, peaceful place for a couple to unwind and enjoy this fantastic area, which boasts a picturesque canal path and walks a plenty. Not that easy to find. Rural cottage on our family farm. Beautifully decorated and full of character. Large garden & plenty of parking. Well equipped Kitchen diner and log burner with good supply of logs in sitting room. Large flat screen in sitting room and television in both bedrooms. Upstairs bathroom & loo and additional shower room & loo downstairs Lots of lovely walks in the area and village pub also in walking distance. Close to Devizes & Marlborough with good independent shops and restaurants

The Old Bakery At The Grange

Perfectly located for RIAT, being walking distance from the Green Entry Point, The Old Bakery At The Grange is an ideal cottage for exploring all that the Cotswolds has to offer whatever the season. We are a few minutes’ walk away from The Old Spotted Cow pub. The cottage is full of country character and the interiors reflect our love of travel. Due to the character features of the cottage, it is unsuitable for very young toddlers and those unsteady on their feet.
