We're bringing the outside in with natural woods, earthy tranquil colours, cosy textiles, beautiful pottery and art. With its handmade kitchen and top-end appliances and its scrumptious teal green bathroom with walk-in wet-room, freestanding bath and natural reclaimed walls. Just over an hour from London, find yourself in the heart of the English countryside with beautiful walks, the coast, and historic towns on your doorstep. Lyminge is five miles from the seaside in Hythe. It has a Chemist, Doctors' surgery, a village store, Chinese restaurant, Indian take-way, a Tea Room - which does very nice breakfasts . There are 2 good pubs nearby - the Gatekeeper in Etchinghill and the Tiger in Stowting. Dogs are welcome - one medium size or two small ones.

Relax in the garden watching Dudley the donkey or enjoy a brisk country walk along the many public footpaths in our area - perfect for dog walkers. If you fancy a day trip, you can be in London within an hour or Canterbury in 20 minutes.

Kick back and relax in our lodge 20 minutes from Dover castle, ferry port and Eurotunnel, 1 minute drive to Howletts zoo and 5 minute walk to Bekesbourne railway station direct into Canterbury or London. The beautiful village of Bridge is a 20 minute walk or 2 minute drive where you’ll find a Michelin star pub/restaurant, other beautiful pubs with amazing gardens and a wide variety of village amenities such as shop, hair dresser, pharmacy, optician and cafe.

Reconnect with nature at this unforgettable escape. Set in the rolling hills of East Kent this is the place to escape the rat race and simply unwind and recharge.
