We're bringing the outside in with natural woods, earthy tranquil colours, cosy textiles, beautiful pottery and art. Just over an hour from London, find yourself in the heart of the English countryside with beautiful walks, the coast, and historic towns on your doorstep. Lyminge is five miles from the seaside in Hythe. It has a Chemist, Doctors' surgery, a village store, Chinese restaurant, Indian take-way, a Tea Room - which does very nice breakfasts . There are 2 good pubs nearby - the Gatekeeper in Etchinghill and the Tiger in Stowting. Dogs are welcome - one medium size or two small ones.

Relax in the garden watching Dudley the donkey or enjoy a brisk country walk along the many public footpaths in our area - perfect for dog walkers. If you fancy a day trip, you can be in London within an hour or Canterbury in 20 minutes.

It is all on one level has two bedrooms, sleeps four people and has a bathroom, Livingroom and use of the full kitchen in Sycamore House. Guests will have access to a beautiful large garden where you can sit, relax and enjoy the countryside or there is play equipment to keep the children entertained. It is in a perfect location to explore the beautiful Kent countryside and beaches.

Kick back and relax in our lodge 20 minutes from Dover castle, ferry port and Eurotunnel, 1 minute drive to Howletts zoo and 5 minute walk to Bekesbourne railway station direct into Canterbury or London. The beautiful village of Bridge is a 20 minute walk or 2 minute drive where you’ll find a Michelin star pub/restaurant, other beautiful pubs with amazing gardens and a wide variety of village amenities such as shop, hair dresser, pharmacy, optician and cafe.

The Stable, Redsole Farm House

A peaceful retreat for 2 guests on our small holding. Only two well behaved dogs are accepted, all other animals are not allowed. Ideally situated to explore the beautiful Kent countryside by foot, cycle or car. 10 mins from Channel Tunnel, 20 mins from the Port of Dover and Canterbury. 10 mins from Folkestone West Station for the high speed train to London, which takes 55 mins, and 25 mins to Ashford International for the Eurostar to the continent.

Cosy country hideaway - Elham Valley, Canterbury

Reconnect with nature at this unforgettable escape. Set in the rolling hills of East Kent this is the place to escape the rat race and simply unwind and recharge. The Summerhouse sits in the middle of a 5 acre garden with no immediate neighbours. This former outbuilding has been lovingly repurposed and offers an open plan living space with a day bed which converts into two singles or a kingsize bed, a kitchen and a separate bathroom.
