This dazzling loft with roof top terrace is definitely the place to be, the place to stay for its privileged location. On the 3rd floor, with no elevator, the presence of beams in the sitting area add charm but can be inconvenient for very tall persons! A bright open space with air conditioning, dining, sitting, sleeping areas, ensuite dressing room, full bathroom and kitchenette. Sleeps 2 guests. Located in the heart of Lisbon, in Marques de Pombal close to the emblematic Eduardo VII park and Avenida da Liberdade. ⚠️PLEASE NOTE there is construction work next door and may be noisy during the day** The rooftop apartment is accessible via an outdoor spiral staircase. Due to the stairs, please note that this apartment is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.

Fantástico apartamento totalmente renovado e equipado apenas a 400 metros do rio Tejo, junto ao Centro de Congressos de Lisboa e perto da zona histórica de Belém (15 min). Excelente localização, a 1 min da paragem de autocarros e elétricos para o centro da cidade. A 15 minutos a pé da estação de comboios de Alcântara – com acesso à linha do Estoril (praias) e cidade de Cascais. A 9 min a pé da LX Factory. Rua de fácil acesso com estacionamento público gratuito todos os dias da semana.
