A detached lodge on two floors which is ideal for a couple seeking a quiet break away. Downstairs has a comfortable lounge area with sofas and a smart TV. The kitchen area is well equipped with crockery, cutlery, cooking utensils, kettle, cafetière, toaster, airfryer, fridge, electric oven and induction hob. There is a breakfast bar, a dining area and a shower room & wc. The spacious bedroom upstairs has a king-sized bed, smart TV, en-suite shower & wc, dressing area and ample storage space.

Spacious self-contained apartment in the grounds of Wykeham House near Spalding. Ground floor entrance with WC, freezer, washing machine & storage, stairs to first floor with large bathroom with shower, bedroom with king sized bed, feature wall & desk. Open plan kitchen/living/dining room with all mod cons, comfortable seating, dining table, large Smart TV & views onto the garden and riverbank which runs alongside the house. Private dining area outside as well as access to the 2.5 acre garden.

Studio in Georgian townhouse with parking

This is a pleasant light studio in a Georgian townhouse in the centre of historic King's Lynn. You have a shower room and loo and your own kitchen. The bed is a proper size double sofa bed, easy to use. Daytime sofa and bed at night. You have your own front door. Very good wi-fi. It is an easy walk from the rail and bus station. There are great restaurants close by. I want to make your stay enjoyable but I will not be a "hands on" host though we live upstairs and can easily be contacted.

Cosy Self-Contained Detached Garden Building

A quiet retreat offering peace and privacy in a detached building within our large garden. Lockable entrance gate with key available on arrival. Wifi access is included which most guests have found perfectly adequate. Breakfast of cereals, bread, milk and (if requested)sausages, bacon, eggs etc provided for you to cook your own at a time to suit you. Although there is not a full kitchen, we have provided a small oven.
