MYSA HOUSE A-Frame

Staying at MYSA house is like coming home. Quaint, warm, & comfortable. Play a game, relax on the comfy furniture, watch a movie, make some drinks, grill some steaks on the pellet smoker grill, laugh, relax & enjoy the endless beauty & adventure of the North Shore. This unique A-frame is designed & built by our family to create a home away from home. Nestled in 5 acres of woods with stunning views of Lake Superior & the sounds of waves outside your door; you have to experience it for yourself.

North Shore Luxury at Superior Gateway Lodge

Come enjoy our handcrafted Pine Log lodge! The entryway opens to a spacious living room boasting a newly added indoor/outdoor fireplace and a fully equipped kitchen. There’s an en-suite bedroom on the main floor and two large en-suite bedrooms on the 2nd floor, one also has a jacuzzi. Booking 7-10 guests includes the guest loft with the 4th bedroom, 2nd kitchen, laundry & deck. Pricing for each guest above 6 is an additional per person fee. Please note children under 13 or pets are not allowed.

Wake up to gorgeous views of Superior from your master bedroom, make breakfast in your fully equipped kitchen or drive two minutes to the Rustic Inn cafe, home to the best pie we've ever had (the North Shore mixed berry). After a busy day of exploring sites, from Gooseberry State Park to Split Rock Lighthouse, all within 10-15 minutes of your home base, you can unwind with beers at Castle Danger Brewery.

GPS may take you to Blueberry Lake so note: left on 5th Ave W, left on Gunflint (12) left on Devil Track Road. 10 miles above Grand Marais this private getaway is close to biking, hiking and ski trails, restaurants and golf. 2 couple getaway with a larger upper and smaller lower unit. Separate living areas with 1 bedroom + extra futons / 1 bath per unit with laundry and water cooler downstairs. Both are kid-friendly but dog-friendly please only downstairs. Private dock with kayaks, etc
