Located in West Hobart, we are a short 8 minute drive to the Salamanca water front. Our 2 story house is nestled in a private bushy street, with amazing views of the Derwent River, South Hobart, Sandy Bay & beyond. The home is spacious and private, yet surrounded by (harmless) local wildlife. You will see many wallabies grazing on the property.

Fully self contained, 2 bedroom unit with free off street parking in a quiet cul-de-sac overlooking stunning heritage listed trees. A 5 minute walk to the New Town shopping centre with all conveniences. Bus stop to/from city around the corner. Comfortable, well equipped unit with TV, modern bathroom, heat pump, full kitchen with eat in dining area & WiFi. Unit is on ground floor of house. One bedroom has a queen size bed. The second bedroom has a double bed with single bed bunk over.

"Roseclare" is the perfect holiday base for couples, groups and families just 10 minutes drive from the CBD , 10 minutes drive to Mona and 20 minutes from the airport. The shopping Village of Moonah is just 4mins drive. The cottage boasts 3 bedrooms, bathroom with bath and spacious well appointed kitchen. , coffee pods and a mini cooking pantry. Porta cot & high chair provided upon request.Please note unneeded bedrooms will be locked off so please book guest numbers accurately 🙂

Funky Lutana Studio + Courtyard

The studio was built in 2018 to be a comfortable haven for your nipaluna/Hobart explorations. Formerly a large garage, we enlisted clever local architects to maximise the space. We’ve sourced quality furniture, linen, appliances and a super comfy bed. A 7 min drive to the CBD, 10 to MONA, buses are limited so a car is recommended. Ubers to the city are $10-15. A riverside park is 3min away for a morning jog. We welcome all kinds of people and love to provide a place you’ll love!

Lenah Valley Retreat - Beautiful Annex

Beautiful annex in a peaceful garden, near to the chic restaurants and cafés of trendy North Hobart. The tastefully decorated double bedroom has lots of natural light, a double bed, a private en suite and breakfast facilities. Outside is a gorgeous terrace and garden, with comfy outdoor furniture, awnings to protect from the rain and sun, a gas grill, and a shared utility room.
