Please note: Henderson Lake has a soft lake bottom at the shoreline, so swimming is not recommended directly from our dock. Included kayaks make it easy to explore and reach nearby sandy swimming areas. You'll find vaulted ceilings, comfortable leather seating, and wall-to-wall lake views. The deck is perfect for enjoying morning coffee and spotting Bald Eagles.

This house location is the best spot for outdoor enthusiasts. A unique house that has a lot of room for guests in and outside. It is near the snowmobile trails and ORV trails. Near many lakes,rivers and Rifle River Recreation Area. Within miles of state land hunting and mushroom picking. There is a large yard to accommodate your trucks and trailers to park and ride from the yard. It has been recently renovated but still has some original history. Located just minutes from Rose City as well!

Downstairs walkout basement has concrete log beams & posts, as well as some concrete tree branches. Trails are for quiet travel only, no motors.

Set on 15 wooded acres with a private lake, enjoy catch-and-release fishing, hiking, stargazing, and nearby trails. Inside, stay comfy with A/C, heat, a queen bed, and twin sleeper. A deluxe shower house is just steps away, plus a nighttime toilet for convenience. It’s rustic charm with all the essentials for a perfect seasonal escape.

Off The Hook Lodge

Enjoy time with friends & family in this canal front home that leads to 800 acre all sports Sage Lake. Whether you are playing corn hole or sitting by the fire you will feel right at home. For safety it is not advised to swim in the canal, but we provide kayaks, paddle boards and a paddle boat to get out to the main lake. There is 30’ of dock space on the 65’ shared dock. Firewood is not provided, but there is a house that sells it just south of the boat launch.

Pets also welcomed (: Cabin is one of the best locations anytime of the season with access to state land for hunting, fishing, snowmobiling, and off roading. Large corner lot, located across from Ogemaw Sports and Trail Center which offers a family oriented Motocross track with miles of private trails and hill climbs.
