Bragg) area, we offer a clean, safe, cozy and comfortable retreat. Our private, one-level space is designed with convenience in mind. There are no steps anywhere on the property, making it easily accessible for guests of all ages/abilities. We are proud to be a family-friendly, inclusive, pet-friendly, and EV-friendly property.

Our guesthouse sits on 4 quiet fenced acres about 100 feet from our home. We are about 15 minutes from Pinehurst. Our large, friendly dogs greet you upon arrival and share the same fenced area as the guesthouse. Our barn conversion has a full kitchen, a queen bed and small sofa bed. Coffee maker, wine fridge, fire pit with Adirondack chairs for evening glass of wine or to watch the fireflies. Saltwater pool from mid-May to Mid- Sep. Private two-person hot tub. Pet fee for dogs. sorry, no cats.

The Riverfront cottage is centrally located to I-95 & 295, Methodist University, Fort Bragg, and downtown Fayetteville.

Marion Acres is conveniently located within 5 minutes of the Carolina Horse Park, and about 10-15 minutes from Southern Pines, Raeford, Aberdeen, and Pinehurst. This home is completely private, set back on the edge of Fort Bragg. Pets are welcome! Our location easily accommodates large vehicles and pull behind trailers.
