Direkt hinter den Häusern der Kastanienwald, gegenüber ein Wasserfall. Nachts hört man ausser Fluss und Grillen nichts. Beide Häuser zusammen; 300 m², insgesamt 5 Zimmer (davon 3 Schlafzimmer), 12 Schlafplätze, 2 Küchen, 2 Bäder, 2 Cheminées, 2 Terrassen und schattiger Garten — alles verbunden, alles für Euch.

Casa storica del 1669, ristrutturata nel 1977 e rinnovata nel 2017. È ubicata nella parte bassa di Semione, a diretto contatto con la campagna. Fa parte di un piccolo nucleo rurale circondato da campi, frutteti e vigne distante 300 metri dal fiume. È divisa in due appartamenti dotati di ingresso indipendente: uno di ca. 200 metri quadri e un altro di ca. 40 metri quadri con sauna. I due appartamenti sono collegati da una scala interna che permette di disporre di tutta la casa.
