The absolute highlight of the accommodation is the spacious outdoor area with a fantastic view of the Mediterranean Sea.

The house is 5 minutes from Isuledda beach, 15 minutes. from the Cinta, and 7 min. from downtown San Teodoro where restaurants, shops and boutiques are located.

Die überdachte Terrasse mit kleiner Außenküche bietet an heißen Sommertagen erholsamen Schatten. Ein Auto kann kostenlos im Carport geparkt werden.

Wir vermieten unser kleines aber stilvolles Gästehaus im Norden Sardiniens inmitten der wunderschönen Gallura, fernab vom touristischen Trubel der Küstenstädte. Durch unsere zentrale Lage sind sowohl die Traumstrände der Westküste wie Rena Majore oder Naracu Nieddu als auch die herrlichen Strände im Norden und Nordosten in ca. 20-25 Minuten Fahrzeit erreichbar. Am Top-Surf-Spot Porto Pollo ist man in ca. 20 Minuten, an der Costa Smeralda in etwa 30 Minuten.
