Stefania war sehr freundlich und hat immer schnell geantwortet. Bei der Ankunft hat sie uns sogar einen selbst-gemachten Limoncello geschenkt, weil wir die ersten Gäste im Jahr waren. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und gut gelegen, das Stadtzentrum und das Meer sind in wenigen Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar.

Séjour magique chez Paola. Difficile de décrire en quelques mots toute la gentillesse dont elle a fait preuve avec nous, on s'est tout de suite senti comme chez nous. Paola est venue nous chercher en voiture à la gare et nous a accueillis avec une bonne bouteille de vin et de la pizza - délicieuse -, difficile d'avoir une meilleure arrivée surtout après un long voyage. Elle a été très proactive tout au long de notre séjour et nous a même emmenés une demi-journée dans le Chianti pour que l'on puisse visiter un vignoble car nous n'avions pas de voiture - nous n'en revenons toujours pas de sa générosité ! Elle est aux petits soins avec tous ses invités et sa propriété est magnifique, nous avons bien profité de la piscine et l'appartement est merveilleusement bien décoré et équipé. Nous recommandons fortement de séjourner chez Paola, la meilleure hôte airbnb que nous ayons eue. Encore merci pour tout Paola, vous avez été merveilleuse, et nous rêvons déjà de revenir ! Arrivederci! :)

Appartamento corrispondente al 100% alla descrizione riportata. Siamo rimasti piacevolmente sorpresi: l'appartamento e' decisamente spazioso, fresco e dotato di ogni comfort. L'arredamento e' molto moderno. La pulizia impeccabile. La posizione e' strategica: in meno di un minuto a piedi ci si ritrova nella via principale del centro di Castiglione con numerosi negozi e ristoranti (un consiglio: prenotare sempre per tempo perché si rischia di rimanere senza cena! Noi siamo stati a Castiglione nella settimana di ferragosto e senza prenotare si faceva fatica a trovare posto anche in tarda serata). In pochi minuti a piedi ci si ritrova sul lungomare dove ci sono numerosissimi stabilimenti balneari ma anche numerose spiagge libere. Davanti all'appartamento il supermercato e' comodissimo! Niccolò e Daniela si sono dimostrati sempre gentili e super disponibili: ringraziamo in particolar modo Daniela per tutte le dritte che ci ha dato!!!! Sconsigliato!

We had an incredible stay at this beautiful 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment in Montepulciano. The space was spotless, well-appointed, and perfectly suited for our group. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable, and having two bathrooms made it especially convenient. The apartment was filled with charming Tuscan details and modern amenities, creating a cozy yet elegant atmosphere. The washer and dryer were a plus! The location was ideal—just a short walk to the town center with its charming shops, local restaurants, and stunning views of the countryside. Dorita and family were incredibly welcoming and responsive, offering great recommendations for wineries and local attractions. We highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a relaxing and authentic Tuscan experience. We can’t wait to return!

Casa pulita e accogliente, posizione ottima e parcheggio coperto

Wir waren im April drei Nächte in diesem Apartment und es entsprach genau den Bildern. Die Unterkunft ist großzügig, modern ausgestattet und das Bett sehr bequem. Besonders positiv: Die gute Anbindung mit dem Bus ins Stadtzentrum sowie die kostenlosen Parkplätze direkt an der Unterkunft. Ein kleiner Minuspunkt war die schwache Belüftung – trotz Klimaanlage war es recht feucht im Raum, sodass Kleidung morgens leicht klamm war. In der Dusche fehlten Ablagen für Duschgel und Handtuchhalter. Trotz dieser Kleinigkeiten war es ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt. Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und hat schnell reagiert. Wir würden definitiv wiederkommen und können die Unterkunft empfehlen.

This Airbnb was an absolute dream. Perfectly located in the countryside, it offered incredible views of the surrounding vineyards and rolling hills—sunrises and sunsets were simply unforgettable. The property was charming, spotless, and full of character, with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The hosts were warm and helpful, offering great local tips and making us feel right at home. It was the ideal spot to unwind and experience the beauty of Tuscany. We’re already looking forward to coming back!

Lorenzo ist ein sehr netter Typ, äußerst hilfsbereit. Zuerst haben wir seine kulinarischen Selfmade-Willkommensgrüsse genießen dürfen, grandios! Eine große Hilfe war der selbstverfasste Tourist Guide mit seinen persönl. Tipps zu den Highlights aus der Nähe aber auch aus umgebenden Regionen. Auf einem Kamm, in einem wunderschönen Grundstück liegt die hübsche Small Villa, die nur durch ihre verträumte Lage im Hang äußerlich klein wirkt. Innen ist sie sehr geräumig mit hohen Zimmerdecken und durch die großen Glasflächen vom Licht durchflutet. Viel Grün ringsum (z.Zt. mit herrlichem Farbenspiel u. Duft vom Blauregen). Premium ist der Ausblick von der Terrasse - ich habe mich aber in den Blick vom Tor in das nordwestl. Tal verliebt. Die 10 Schritte sind ein ‘must have’ bei Sonnenuntergang. Ob Meer, Florenz oder San Gimignano - nix weiter als ne Stunde Fahrt entfernt. Wer Ruhe abseits der Touris sucht, dem sei San Miniato unbedingt ans Herz gelegt. Unbedingt Buchen! Ottimo appartamento, a 10 minuti a piedi dal centro di Arezzo. Noi abbiamo usufruito della casa in gruppo (4 persone) per 4 giorni, e ci siamo trovati molto bene. Gli spazi della casa sono ottimi, avevamo a disposizione un divano letto matrimoniale, un singolo divano letto e un letto singolo. Nella casa avevamo tutto il necessario per la permanenza. Marzia è un ottimo host, risponde subito ed è molto disponibile. Unica pecca: abbiamo visitato Arezzo in inverno, e purtroppo la casa era un po' fredda nonostante i caloriferi accesi (niente di troppo problematico, comunque)

Lovely historical city within walking distance and plenty of outside space for the small ones to go on adventure. The communication was smooth, friendly and professional. We will come back for sure😊

Ho trascorso un soggiorno indimenticabile a Casa Elisa, situata ai piedi della splendida Cortona. L'atmosfera che si respira è magica: una fusione perfetta tra la tradizione toscana e il comfort moderno. Le camere sono eleganti e abbastanza spaziose, arredate con gusto e dotate di tutti i comfort necessari. Il giardino con piscina è un'oasi di tranquillità, ideale per rilassarsi con un buon libro o per godere di un aperitivo al tramonto. Ma è il calore e l'accoglienza della famiglia di Elisa a rendere il soggiorno davvero speciale. La loro disponibilità nel fornire informazioni sui luoghi da visitare e i ristoranti consigliati fa la differenza. Consiglio vivamente Casa Elisa a chiunque voglia scoprire la bellezza della Toscana, vivendo un'esperienza autentica e indimenticabile.

L’alloggio di Rossella è confortevole, ampio, ben strutturato e con tutto il necessario. Noi eravamo in 6 e ci siamo trovati benissimo, le camere sono molto ampie, un bel giardino molto curato, così come il caminetto e il barbecue. Sicuramente non possiamo che consigliare l’alloggio di Rossella.

I can brag forever about this place. Cortona town is a very small place within walls and this place is at the top of it, and walking distance to all the places inside the city walls. Outstanding restaurants, great shopping, very friendly locals. The house was perfect and made our time in Cortona memorable. I would definitely seek out this place and even change my dates if the place is not available;that is how much we enjoyed staying here. The view is astonishing. We would make our own coffee in the morning and take it a few steps up the hill so that we could enjoy the view of the valley below. Very clean with all the amenities we needed. Ashleigh is the Perfect Super Host!!!!

Wunderschönes Haus aus dem 12. Jahrhundert. Liebevolle Einrichtung und sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeber

L’alloggio è veramente molto bello, pulito, curato e con tutte le necessità di cui hai bisogno. Si trova vicino al centro, con le scale mobili sono circa 6 minuti a piedi. Il parcheggio davanti alla casa è un po’ trafficato ma c’è un altro parcheggio lì di fianco, il posto in macchina si trova. Francesco è una persona molto gentile e disponibile! Perfetto per famiglie o per coppie. Lo consiglio vivamente!

We, a family of three seasoned travelers had tremendous fun. The place, the accommodations, and the location were outstanding. The views from the living room/kitchen were exceptional. I absolutely loved the high ceilings and enjoyed perusing the reading materials placed around the apartment. We would definitely visit again. The host was very responsive. Thanks so much!

We absolutely loved staying here! It is so charming and cosy. We felt relaxed straight away. The hosts complimentary items are really thoughtful. The apartment is perfect for two, immaculately clean with everything you need for a stay. Its a relaxing and comfortable space, attention to detail, feels like you’re being hosted by friends! Fast communication and the hosts are really friendly and helpful. So close to the town its a quick walk but the street is quiet still. Would definitely recommend!
