I had a great stay at Bhea’s 2-bedroom apartment! The rooms were clean and well-maintained, making it a comfortable place for our group. Having two bathrooms with heaters and showers was really convenient, especially since we were a big group. One of the best things about this place is the reliable water supply—they have a tank, so we never had issues with water, unlike some other places in the city where supply can be inconsistent. We also appreciated the kitchen and provided utensils, which made it easy for us to cook our own meals. Overall, it was a hassle-free and pleasant stay. Would definitely recommend!

We are a frequent visitor of BK, we usually stay in the Lodge or in the open cottages but it’s our first time to stay at Julia’s place. We’ve had a wonderful time here, felt like home. Very private and perfect for family gatherings. my kid really enjoyed the spacious living room. The kitchen is complete with cooking utensils. The bathroom has a hot shower. We will definitely come back and will consider booking Julia’s place again.

Had a lovely stay! The room was spotless and cozy—just like the photos. I loved the quiet surroundings and how welcoming everyone was. It truly felt like home. The host was kind and quick to respond. Highly recommend if you're looking for a peaceful and comfy place to stay!

Great place, nice neighbourhood, clean, spacious and comfortable. We had no problems and communication was quite good. The only negative we had was a small one, which was that they had advertised a ‘free washer’ but there was no washing machine. There is a laundry a block or two away, but they charge and don’t provide an immediate service.

very nice place we enjoy the karaoke, playing cards, scrabble and play the billiards and basketball with self court. the place is relaxing and peaceful, i feel like home. and the host is very easy to deal with and the caretaker ateng is very approachable, they are very nice. hope to comeback there and looking forward to the pool to covered so we can swim even its sunny. Beautiful transient home which provides a "hotel feel" accommodation. The entire house is clean and spacious which made our stay very comfortable . Everything you need is provided from bedrooms, rest rooms, common social area and the kitchen. My husband and I and our 4 children had a great Christmas stay in this warm and loving space. The host is beyond the caliber of being a superhost. She is warmth and caring. She lovingly attended to all our needs and concerns with prompt. The location is also superb with easy and close access to SM, S&R, church and numerous dining options.

I really liked the unit—it was very clean, beautifully designed, and smelled great. It felt warm and comfortable, just like home. The couch was especially relaxing to sit on. Jim was an excellent and responsive host, and the place looked exactly like the photos. I also loved the minimalist design; it made the space feel open and peaceful. I would definitely book it again without hesitation. 💌✨

Probably the best bang for the buck you can find for 20 to 30 pax that has a private pool and around a 3 min walk from the beach. Some minor hiccups but you get more than what you pay for - the family clan and I will definitely be back! Thank you!

The place is incredibly beautiful and very private. My team enjoyed the whole stay here. Their caretaker is very responsive and helpful to us. We also enjoyed the pool. It's very clean. We also enjoyed their court where my team played games. We also love their karaoke spot. Also, they provide utensils and kitchen tools so it's not hard for us to bring stuffs since it is already provided. Highly recommended.

Huge thanks to RJ and Ate Baby for their warm and welcoming hospitality! The location was perfect and the price was definitely a great deal. It made getting around Quezon Province so convenient for us. We also truly appreciate how accommodating you were with our pets. Being pet-friendly is such an important factor for us when planning trips, and we’re so grateful you made that part easy. Nice pool too!

Franzel was very accommodating. We were traveling from Bicol and we were extremely tired from the long hours of driving. she was very helpful and courteous. She also helped me find my wallet when I left it inside the bedroom and had patiently waited for me to come back and retrieve it. She was an all star host! Thank you for letting my family stay in your humble unit.

Ms Joanna is very helpful and responsive. We only stayed at her place for a few hours but the house is very nice and clean. We were able to walk around the community while we were looking for foods to eat. The neighbors were all generally pleasant and nice. Highly recommended transient for those travelling to farther places and are looking for a place to rest. 👍

The room was nice and clean, with strong air conditioning that made our stay very comfortable. The area outside the room is covered by CCTV, so we felt safe the whole time. The host was friendly and very responsive to all our requests. Great experience overall! Highly recommended 😁
