Here, you have all you need for a true Lubbock experience in the famous Tech Terrace neighborhood next to Texas Tech University. Lubbock’s best local pizza, coffee, and beer are all only one block away at J&B Coffee, Capital Pizza, and Good Line Brewery! Or you can stay home with a huge backyard, pergola, fire pit, beautiful furnishings, & even toys for the littles. Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. Located in Tech Terrace. Enjoy the convenience of this location near Texas Tech and all it has to offer. There are plenty of towels and extra linens available. Stackable washer and dryer. Down a few blocks is the Plaza Shopping Center. Home to J&B Coffee, a neighborhood coffee shop since 1979, Capital Pizza, 360 Medical Spa, and Food King grocery store. I have a camera on the front door monitoring the driveway.
