Luxury Shepherd's Hut with stunning sunset views!

Welcome to Honeysuckle, our luxury shepherd's hut with stunning views across the fields in the Chilterns. In the evenings sit and watch the sun go down around your fire pit or stay cosy indoors with your log burner. We are a working farm and you may see the tractor trundle past feeding our herds of Texal sheep (Lambing right in front of you in March/April 2025!) and Limousin cows grazing in fields, or watch the many birds. You have your own secluded, fenced and private garden area with seating.

Period cottage, cosy sittingroom individual host

Self contained part of charming thatched cottage in this attractive South Oxfordshire village, between Didcot (2.5 miles) and Wallingford (3.5 miles). The accommodation has its own entrance, sitting room - with inglenook fireplace (only use electric fire provided) - and steep, winding stairs leading to the large bedroom with vaulted ceiling and superking bed. Guests will have sole use of the adjoining bathroom. Period features also include low beams, but rule out a shower. Not for children.

Welcome to The Hyde, our beautiful Shepherd's hut is waiting for you, with stunning views over the countryside, you'll have deer, pheasants, hares, kites, buzzards to name a few on your doorstep. Being a working small holding you are welcome to come and see our sheep, lambs and horses, you will be greeted with fresh eggs from our chicken and honey from our bees. The Hyde is fitted with modern facilities, a BBQ area, where you can sit back and relax there are wonderful walks, and local pubs.

The Old Foundry Wallingford Apartment & Parking

Welcome to our spacious 1-bedroom apartment in historic Wallingford! Situated in a converted Old Foundry, it blends history with modern comforts. Large windows flood the rooms with natural light, creating a bright atmosphere. With allocated parking and a south-facing garden, it is the perfect retreat for a memorable stay. Ideal location to explore local shops, restaurants, and attractions. We provide a comfortable bed, modern bathroom, and fast Wi-Fi. Friendly team available for assistance.

Beautiful peaceful central Goring house nr Thames

Goring on Thames is uniquely placed in two Areas of Outstanding National Beauty, so it is the ideal destination for a holiday or long weekend. The house was refurbished in 2021 from top to bottom, with two new bathrooms & WC, kitchen cabinets, carpets, flooring, blinds and high quality furniture throughout. Shops, pubs, trains to Oxford and London and the River Thames are all on its doorstep. If you enjoy fabulous amenities amidst beautiful scenery, this is the perfect country escape.

Manstone Cottage, Yattendon

Situated just outside the picturesque village of Yattendon, Manstone Cottage is surrounded by beautiful views of rolling country side. Spacious and elegantly furnished, with private parking the cottage is the ideal get away for couples, families or small groups. Within walking distance of the village with it's fantastic pub, shop, cafe, brewery and beauty salon you won't have much need to go far but it's also well situated for access to Newbury, Hungerford, Goring, Pangbourne and Henley.

A relaxing retreat close to the Thames.

The Studio is a self contained space attached to our home. It has an open plan area with a kitchen, dining , sitting and sleeping space as well as a separate shower room. Access is through a private entrance at the front of the house. Purley on Thames is a small village in West Berkshire with good access to Reading, Pangbourne and Oxford by car. The Studio is a 10 min walk away from Mapledurham Lock on the Thames path and there are also some lovely walks through nearby Sulham woods.

Contains King size bed, kitchen with convection microwave oven & grill, induction hob, fridge with freezer box, bathroom with full size shower, electric heating, TV & WIFI. Armchairs, folding table and chairs. Small patio area with barbeque and loungers, parking for one car. Rural location with views over open fields. Small village with shop and pub.

A Perfect Pad in Pangbourne!

The house was 'created' in 2020 having originally been part of the village pub - its now part of a redeveloped property which also includes the owners home and a fabulous cafe called Artichoke Cafe The property is right in the heart of the picturesque riverside village of Pangbourne with its fabulous specialist shops, cafes, restaurants and pubs. Yet only ten minutes walk gets you to the countryside! The village also boasts a mainline station with direct trains to London Paddington.

The Nye at Friars Ford, Goring on Thames

The Nye, is a self contained flat above the garage at Friars Ford Country House Accommodation, situated in 16 acres of beautiful gardens and paddocks leading down to The Thames Path. The village and train station is a 5/10 min walk away, where you will find everyday shopping, a deli, Tesco Express, cafes, restaurants and four pubs. We have on site parking. Perfectly located for those working in the surrounding area, visiting family or walking the Ridgeway or Thames.

Hillfields Farm is a friendly family-run farm offering cosy rural accommodation in an exceptional countryside setting. Home to many animals including; horses, donkeys, alpacas & chickens. With fabulous views from the front of the farm across the Chiltern Hills & paddocks of horses grazing at the back. Each self-contained apartment is named after the horse who used to inhabit it. There are walks from the front door & some very friendly donkeys waiting to say hello!
