Lionsgate is the perfect retreat to refresh the soul. Newly remodeled fully stocked kitchen with comfortable amenities provide a home away from feel. Enjoy a roaring fire in a rustic cabin during the winter or the coolness of a mini split in the summer. Cohasset, jewel of the South Shore is a quintessential New England seaside village located half way between Boston and Cape Cod. The ocean offers abundant recreation opportunities as well as plentiful parks for hiking and biking. A must visit.

Secluded Lakeside Cabin

Secluded lakeside camp, newly updated - available June through October. Access by a private dirt road, surrounded by wooded area and natural paths. Cosy cabin that sleeps 6 with comfortable living space, screened in porch and private beach with your very own dock. Spend your days exploring by canoe, fishing, swimming to the raft or nearby sandbar and picking blueberries (seasonal) on islands dotted around the lake. Please note this is a seasonal property and not winterized currently.

A-Frame Cabin in the Woods

This rustic A-frame is tucked down in the woods of a 20-acre piece of land in Hooksett. There is a brook that runs by just at the bottom of the hill, with lots of places to explore and take a plunge. Sit by the fire and listen to the babbling Brook, lay on the hammock, or play games under the twinkle lights in the cabin. The cabin has room for two inside (Two Twin or single King mattress options), but space next to it for additional guests in a tent (not provided). *no heat*

Riverside Off-Grid Cabin

Unplug and relax at this peaceful, off-grid cabin on the Lamprey River. Our Cabin is located on Pawtuckaway Lake in Nottingham, NH where there is year round enjoyment! This is an older cabin built in 1970, with rounded logs and lots of warmth and charm. There is a beach area for swimming, patio for hanging out enjoying the views with a firepit as well as a dock for sunbathing and fishing. There is a public boat launch on the lake if you want to bring your own boat. Close to Pawtuckaway state park for hiking and mountain biking.

Rustic, safe, and secure. Our cabins are perfect for those that prefer to “rough it”, enjoying a bare-bones farm setting. These cabins are similar to tent camping but with more security and raised rustic beds. There is electricity but no heat or air conditioning. We now have mini refrigerators and microwaves available, Please only consider staying with us if you are prepared for a camping-style experience with shared public bathrooms and minimal amenities.
